Interesting concept, definetely in line with the theme, but I've had very much difficulty with the egg. For a long time I couldn't even go over first platforms :/

I would suggest gradually increasing egg handling difficulty, to get player used to handling movement and egg at once.

Very interesting idea, the game at the same time is very funny and difficult.

Very good idea, maybe a increasing difficulty will be better. Make it more juicy and it will be a very nice game.

Well done.

Egg collisions are a bit buggy but other than that well done

Neat concept, although keeping the egg in the basket is kind of hard.

I really like the fact that the camera follows the egg rather than the player, that's a fun touch. I found the time it takes to respawn a little frustratingly slow, given how frequently I was dying.

This game is about a doom guy in angry birds world. Small and funny.

That game was very fun to play, movement felt perfect and your music choice is perfect for this gameplay and the character  Unfortunately there is one unpleasant bug: when the egg falls on a moving platform it doesn't break, and when you fall into the pit the game does not end, so I ended up in this situation and had to restart the game :slight_frown:

Interesting game idea, kinda like an egg and spoon race gone whacky!

A very amusing concept that was quite fun. Pretty challenging also, trying to multitask between the platforming and juggling the egg. I enjoyed it, even though I didn't manage to make it very far. Well done.

This is a really cool concept, it has something which most game jam games don't have: replay factor and addictiveness, also it is perfect to play around with the family to see who gets the farthest, since it is very challenging, yet fun. The music helps the fun. I didn't go far, after many tries, but I'll come back to it on the weekend to try to finish it hahaha

This game seriously ticks all the boxes of any popular rage game out there! Catchy music? Check! Predictable and punishing gameplay? Check! Fast resets? Check! Just perfect! Well done!

@leniwabula Thanks for playing, it does start off very difficult and I also noticed this after seeing a couple of people play my game (after submission). Thanks again for trying it out and the feedback :)

@annie-owl Thanks for playing, only found out about the bug after publishing and seeing that lone egg on that platform makes me sad. Great to hear you had fun with it otherwise.

I saw this in a stream and tried it myself! It's super fun and charming! I love the art and the music too! Mechanics are solid. Sometimes the character feels a little floaty, but I think it works especially since you have to catch the egg when you land! Awesome job! :smile_cat:

Nice game! But sometimes the egg passes through the Basket (or egg holder)

eggselent fun game! I am a bit impatient with balancing games however, so thank you for uploading a video featuring the shooting mechanic.

Clever combination!

Fun little platformer! I included it in my Ludum Dare 46 compilation video series, if you want to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/hSxuRpvTWAs

"AH the music is cool"

10 mins after trying to get through the game...

"This music though...".

I enjoyed this game more than I should have. Simple mechanics but that physics twist that adds the unpredictability to an otherwise predictable genre.
