Synopsis

City builder simulator where you shouldn't build a city!

Just kidding. It's a sort of strategic clicker.

Garbageville is suffers from pollution. You runs a pollution control station and need to keep town alive by collecting a trash.

Click on trash to send a worker to collect it. Collecting a trash reduces the pollution level.

There is a hobo on a streets. Hobo just walks around and eats all the trash he found but doesn't reduce the pollution level, so make sure to keep streets clean.

If pollution level is critical, the town is doomed and you lose!

Could you survive for five minutes?

I love the art style (great backing music too :P) though the gameplay is a bit buggy - often I would click on trash and it wouldn't get picked up.

Funny premise. Loving the 2D sprites on a 3D environment. However, I can confirm that most of the time clicking on the trash won't remove it, so I couldn't play it through the end. Maybe something is blocking the raycasting ?

Broken clicks is a known problem, we are working on it.
The fix should be ready today

UPD: Fixed

Graphics are nice and the gameplay, if basic, is solid. Some pet peeves:
-the fences have a weird hitboxes
-why need hobos to eat trash, why is this good/bad?
-5 minutes are way to long for this gameloop. there should be more to mix it up or just straight up make the timer like 3 min.
-using licence songs, even in bit rendition, is a field of landmines, beware.

If you are touching this after the jam. try to add some modifiers/variations or dangers into the mix!

Interesting art style and nice characters! Maybe you need to pay more attention on gameplay developing during the game time not to get bored for this 5 minutes.

The pixel art is great. Motion blur was too much for my integrated graphics to handle, so framerate was almost unplayable. Sluggish and unreliable controls hampered the experience - my guess is polygons that are partially transparent are blocking things. No "grace period" when pollution reaches 100, game ends abruptly.

Not that bad! I like the style of graphics where it was 2-dimensional but with a 3D mechanic. Although this caused some issues for me. Trash kept spawning behind buildings and lamps where my ray casts were blocked which made it so I ended up loosing even though all the trash I could click was gone. Aside from that I enjoyed it!
O also Awesome pixel art btw!

Absolutely loved the graphics and the camera movement. Very interesting how the camera was a God-like perspective. The only problem I had was that there wasn't much difficulty. I found myself searching for trashbags rather than worrying about what the hobos were doing.

Hey, I really enjoy the artstyle! Also found the hobos were not much od a problem but at least I had time to enjoy the scenery, very nice environment!

I could not pick up trash through fences. The game loop itself is a bit repetitive, as the other already wrote.
You created a pretty lively town though and the pixel art has its charm.

I really like the pixel art/shading! Moving around felt really responsive. Similar issues to the above comments. Good game !

The grapichs are awesome! It took me while to figured out I could move, but after that the game became much more fun. The only complaint I have is that 5 minutes doing the same thing over and over again becomes repetitive, I think that if some random events happened once in while would be good.
