Most importantly, I'm not even sure what the win condition is, so putting in more time playing the game to find the secret way to break the loop feels off-putting. The wake up \/ fall asleep animation does take a lot of time, and should probably have a skip button, as others have mentioned, but another thing that I think would be really important is to have an on-screen clock, so I know how close it is until my character falls asleep. Overall, I really like your take on the theme (though it's a bit depressing) and the artwork and application names were pretty goofy.
