I loved it! It was witty, funny and diabolical. I would get into details, but I would like to avoid spoilers :).

Thank you for making this great game!

The most interesting take on the Game Jam's theme.

It was nice that it is combined with a console script!

Amazing game. I was not expecting for it. I'll not say more to avoid spoilers I just want to say: good job!

Great job with this, clever and fit the theme very well. The boss fight was misleading, I was flying for like 10 minutes before I realized I should be shooting.

@diaonic Darn, I worried that that may happen. Hope you had fun though!

I'm getting Internal Server Error on gamejolt - if this keeps up you might want to re-host on itch.io

Edit - Got the game so it's working now. But if it keeps up the secondary upload might still be good.

Extremely creative game with excellent humor, like the others I'm going to avoid spoiling stuff. I could tell I could shoot but didn't realize it was having any effect on the enemy at first. I like the many different technical elements that went into the game.

@gentel Yes it seems like gamejolt was down last night but it seems to be back up. And yes I probably should've made it tell you that you can shoot. I added the "ow" last minute because I was worried people wouldn't understand it was taking damage. Anyway thanks!

Wow, first game I put 5 to nearly everything because it was fun af, like literally the only game with such unique approach and also voice acting is so great in this game, didnt expect the voice to talk to me, amazing job man, amazing job

I genuinly always give only true feedback, man this is just my type of game, I was sooo surprised and really wanted much more of this ! This approach is very unique and is out of the box. Came back to leave here this comment, just know that you are amazing man, idk why this has so little ratings, its soo fun, only and only game I wanted to continue playing during the jam, you know those kinds of games that directly interact with the user by opening links or if you change file in them they will react to that and surprise you a lot(Doki Doki literature club), this was something much smaller in scale but similar in concept and you have my deepest respect + this has god damn voice acting which is actually good

One thing tho lower HP on the boss, I thought that im not doing any dmg xD

Really fun and a cool concept! I did get stuck on one bit but it was still really cool!

I loved the voice acting and the simplistic atmposhpere, you actually tricked me by saying "It's not one of those games with multiple endings..." And i didn't believe you so i knocked all the white boxes out just just for the hell of it, well nothing happened of course XD.

The only thing that was really missing is the boss feed back, i only heard him in pain once and that's it. I only realized that i need to keep spamming after multiple tries.

Otherwise great game!

(You could even extend it and make it a full fledged game for steam imo)

You need to get #1. Rate more games so you can get more eyes on this project <3

That was an enjoyable ride. Pretty meta and genre-crossing in a way.

One thing I'd really like in the game engine portion is subtitles for the narration, especially helpful for non-native English speakers or people with hearing problems (though I acknowledge that there could have been no time to prepare and sync subtitles). Also, I agree that there could have been more feedback from the boss, or maybe even some explicit healthbar to make it obvious that there's some health that you need to tear down?

Aside from that, pretty cool job done here, it's all around quite complete and pretty polish entry. ^^

Ha-ha, okay, this one gave me such a strong Stanley Parabel vibe! Nice job. I only wish would it be bigger (more crazy stuff!). If there was a rating for originality, I would rate 5/5 (I think I have to go and put it somewhere else here).

Probably the best take on the theme I've seen out of all the entries I've played :)

Great job with the subtitles, most games I've played that have dialogue haven't included subtitles so great job with that! It definatley gives me some Stanley Parabe vibes, much like Alphish said! Maybe explore the shooting mechanic to the player as it wasn't clearly explained when it came to the boss fight, but other than that this was a great game!
