I think the graphic is good, but maybe you should add more stuff to your game!

Hey! I liked it!
It was a little too long, especially because the dialog were repetiting!
But I loved the mood and the twist was very sad...
Great job!!

This game has my favorite graphics of any game I've played in this jam so far, the lighting and colors where spectacular. The only problem I ran into was sometime it would look like the objects (specifically the crowbar looking thingy) would fall through the floor but I could still pick them up, also maybe add a fade out or something at the end. Besides that I loved it, really atmospheric, one of my favorite in general of the jam so far! Great job! I hope this game does well!

I really like the art-style. The textures look especially nice in the shadows.

The ending was a bit abrupt, but definetly not what I was expecting!

Really liked the textures on the walls and the items and the music. The dialogs were a little repetitive but they add to the theme. The ending was sad. I hope this little black capsule is ok!

I like the art direction, the game itself is nice although the theme is a bit redundent (repetitive?) but you made it work nicely.

@binaryprinciple mouth sensitivy? damn, you should play with the mouse and not your mouth :p

As other's have said, I love the art style!

Here's some polish feedback:
- It would be nice to be able to move a little faster
- It'd be nice to have a bit of variety to pickup audio
- You can also show some progression in the story with the pickup text.

Well done!

Very nice art-style, really liked it. The game is good, like the idea, but sometimes the things that you have to pick up to keep the love alive just dissapear, they fall to the ground and go through so you basically have to guess where they are, but anyways very good job!

The art style and the mood / feel given by the music and visuals were the most impressive parts of this game! The game is really repetitive and admittedly boring for the length it's supposed to be played, I believe if you made the dialog unfold like a sort of narrative it would've been much better. Well done though :)

The graphics, music and the mood in the game is amazing. The gameplay and the story is okay, but it could have been more interesting. The dialog is also overall okay, but would have liked if there was much more. Overall a well made little jam game.

Art style si really cool, textures are great ! But one of them for the sky have a little blur bug on my test, doesn't matter. I was surprised by the brutal end and we don't know if it's really the end or not but good experience. Good job !

Great job on this, excellent example of how you can still make your game visually interesting with just Unity primitives. The shader work and sketch style texture was great, and worked well with the music. Some dialogue variation would've gone a long way.

The game makes a very strong first impression with the art style. The sketchy materials and monochrome look with red highlights pulled me in. The character designs are very stereotypical: the "Boy" and the "Girl", and of course the Girl has to have a red bow on top just to make sure you know which one is which!

But there wasn't really much to the game besides the look. The gameplay was tedious, just collecting objects as they randomly drop across the map. The map itself just looked like a test map, and didn't seem to have any representation or meaning. The main focus of the game seemed to be the dialog, but it was very repetitive, the same declarations of love followed by "I know". There didn't seem to be any character development, we never learn why the Boy character loves the Girl character, and the Girl character doesn't seem to have any agency of her own, she just stands in the middle of the level forever.

I reached the end after 5 boring minutes, and I feel like the ending is just trolling me. An identical clone of the player appears out of nowhere and apparently the Girl has fallen in love with this new Boy. You can still move around, but there's nothing else to do except hit alt-F4 because the game doesn't have a quit, a menu, or a restart button.

The music was very nice, even if it got repetitive after 5 minutes.

The graphics are amazing but the gameplay itself has a lot of room for improvement, I understand that it is supposed to be a tale of sorts but the tale itself could use some work aswell. Good idea for a game but it obviously needs some work

Really like the shader looks! The story itself was a bit long - the middle part could have been cut by a minute orso. But I did see the ending coming a bit because of the lack of replies. Still a nice twist.
Nicely done!

Cute game, love the shader! The gameplay is simple but good enough for me, it's only a bit too long. I also don't really understand the twist... won't spoil here, but I don't really get "why" the game ends like this (I mean, I understand the "story" but it's not very consistent in a pure design sense imo). Other than that, it's a very good job for a jam game!

26. Apr 2020 · 23:11 UTC
@azathothep It ends like that because it's the current situation with my crush. I dedicated this game to her u.u It's a sad ending, and it is consistent with the Girl dialogues (the loveless "I know..."). Even tho it's a twist :p

@blushine thanks.. I was wanting to see what happens in the ending :)

@lestat sweet move:) followed by sweet graphics + audio, but you made it last wayyy too long for what it was :D A decent fix would be to make the goal different than "stay alive for 5 minutes". For example a "win her heart", or "Say X sweet lines".

Fun simp simulator. Nice music doesn't get annoying even when looping. The title fade in at beginning too slow - people can read faster than that. Timer could've run out faster, too long for repetitive gameplay. No way to exit game without shortcut to task manager tad annoying. Nice music, interesting art style, cute theme.

God, this is an amazing game! I haven't experienced such emotions in a long time. Simple graphics, but at the expense of stunning shaders and post-processing, an incredible style is obtained, which, combined with AMAZING music, creates an indescribable atmosphere of the game. And yet, I think that the game is delayed - the game time should be reduced by half, because the gameplay is very monotonous. However, thank you for your game!

I have fixed the 2 biggest problems. Simple changes so I'm sure they enter into "small fixes", and they're legal and legit :p They make a big difference tho: I added more dialogues so it's less repetitive, and shortened the timer from 5:00 to 2:40. I'm sure it comes a long way. ;)

This after 70+ ratings tho u.u I was slow right there...

Ok so on the theme approach, this is one of my favorites. I really feel this has great potential. I wish you had an online version of it so I could play it again to do a more detailed overview (windows kinda crashed here so my experience was short lived). The idea here is powerful and the implementation of this idea was also very polished. I would perhaps work further in the shader to make it more unique if you plan on working on this further after ld.
