FEED is a goofy little physics puzzle platformer created for Ludum Dare!

Your mission is simple, feed the beast. Furniture, cups, yourself, plates, matches, anything and everything goes. As you feed it more and more, you will grow larger and larger, enabling you to shovel more food down its gullet!

This is my first ludum dare so I hope I didn't mess up to bad!

Haha this is really great. Simple but polished - graphically and kinetically. I had some trouble grabbing onto the mugs early on, but growing over time was quite satisfying. +1 for goofy lil' arms!

I dig the Katamari Damacy vibes! The effects also look great and bring a lot to the game. All that's missing is some music and *slightly* tighter controls. Bonus points for a tutorial!

Hahah very interesting game — I have not seen this game mechanic before. I like that the platforms also become feedable objects when you get big enough! The art was simple but effective. Good job man!

Love the concept and art style. The controls took a bit to get used to but once I got it I didn't stop until I beat it. It was very satisfying to get all that cleaned up. I feel like with a bit more polish on the level design and controls this has the potential to be a great game. Nice job!

I liked the pixel art style of your game. I have spent nearly half an hour by playing that.

I just live that feeling when the entire level turns white and you can just push it all at the same time into the monsters mouth! Surprisingly hard at times. Really liked the bounciness everything had to it though.

Very nice game. I like how the creature grows and the scale of things it can eat grows with it. One small problem is that it feels a bit strange when it looks like you've eaten all the things, but there are one or two small objects that haven't been eaten. Some music would be nice, but the concept was quite unique and fun to play

Fun little game, would have been nice if there was more to feed the beast and the platformer element of the game was a lot more involved beyond the initial start. I think what I mean is, I want more of it as I'd like to see where it would lead to.

I did get stuck on at least two occasions as the placement of obstacles either got me to get stuck in the environment or unable to jump. Only with some lucky jumping around I was able to get out of it but I could see some people getting stuck and giving up before they've even really experienced the game properly.

Katamari Damacy as a platformer! Fun. The controls need some work, but I played it longer than most games I've been reviewing.

Cool idea and the controls (once you get used to them) feels good, good job!

This is seriously awesome. I love that the parts of the level become the new food to feed the beast. The controls are obviously wacky but I got used to them quickly. This is my favorite game of this LD so far

Loved the goofiness of the text and controls. Also enjoyed your version of the Katamari Damacy mechanic. Had a lot of fun playing this, sad there aren't more levels to play!

A little bit tricky to play on a trackpad, but it was fun with funny physics once I got used to it. Well done on your first LD!

It's a little bit like Katamari, how you grow exponentially. Lots of fun! Great work.

You did a really good job at making it feel nice to play - the only thing I would suggest would be to buffer inputs such as jumping.

Woohoo, I beat it! Had a lot of fun playing it, even if I got stuck a couple times. Definitely got Katamari vibes from this. Well done!
