Damn't unreal developers. You are always one step further in graphics:)

The graphics were very well done. Overall the game design was very well done, however I feel that the movement speed was a little high, resulting in me flinging myself off a cliff many times. Also the jumping mechanic felt very lofty and I was sometimes unsure of whether or not I was on the ground or floating.

The main thing that could use improvement is the movement. It's very floaty and so fast it feels slippery. Hard to control and maneuver around the level. On a more positive note, the graphics are pretty dang good. The game looks really nice. Well done!

Controls could definitley use some work but it's a very nice looking prototype and the music fit quite well!

liked the graphics but movement could be improved :v: nice job

I think the controls would feel much better if the character model was just moved down onto the surface of the ground, rather than hovering above it - as is, it's difficult to judge where in relation to the platforms you are, because there's such a big gap between you and them, which makes all the precision jumping very difficult. Graphically, though, very well put together!

Very good graphics, but the movement and especially the jump are a bit harsh and uncontrollable, which makes the game really challenging.

As others pointed out: nice looking game but the controls could be more polished. Other than that, good job!

Hey, I beat the big boss and found the tales from the loop easter egg :-P
The physics were a bit too floaty and weightless, but I liked your ideas for the different levels and all that you accomplished with a limited collection of visual assets. I had fun playing this one.

@ludipe Thanks :)
Congrats on finding the easter egg, I know it wasn't very hard to find lol.
Everyone is commenting on the physics and I agree with you. I tried something new and it was pretty much an experiment on my side ;)

I quiet liked this after the first set of challenges, which were definitely a difficulty spike! Beyond that though, it was a pretty good 3D entry; music set the tone well, too. I think it'd have been nice if you'd came up with some challenges that mixed the different mechanics together, particularly the grapple hook. Good work!

@felixmcfelix Thanks, I would definitely do that if I had the time. And the trick to the first part was... not jumping ;)
As I mentioned, I tried something new with the controls. Hence they were far from the best :P

Chill tunes, I like it. Graphics were also nice. As mentioned before, the controls could've been more robust for better platforming. Maybe slowing the movement would've done the trick.

I'm not sure what I was supposed to do with rewinding. I did get the text stuck, though.

Good job!

The idea is okay, and I like the music. The controls was not very good, and it was therefor very difficult to get very far into the game.

It was a little tricky to get used to, but a very nice and fun game ^^

You can spam the right-click on the second part to stay on the "hook point" infinitely which makes it completely trivial.

Good job overall!

@keithdae another "speedrun trick". The hookshot has infinite range. You can just aim at the final point and that's it ;)

Of course it's all because of the lack of time to take care of details. Glad you liked the game :)
