This is really cool! Kinda reminds me of Emily is Away. Art style is wonderful. Not sure if I'm making choices here, or just pressing prompts. Does it matter what order I press them in? Otherwise great! Good job!

Pretty straightforward as far as the game play is concerned, so the meat is in the story and writing. I'm happy to say this story about coming out of depression is pretty good! Having the outcome based on what can be guessed are the best things to say can be subjective of what would make personal sense, but I do like the idea that saying neutral things can give more character which lends itself to being hints are what may be the best things to say. I also liked dropping the system to show the unconditional love of the grandpa, using the mechanics of the game to make a narrative point.
Some things can be a bit cleaner, some typos and text going past the boundaries of the boxes they are in. I do like this subject material and think you did a fine job with this!

Loved your take on the theme, and how each conversation was laid out (especially the last one :heart:)

Graphics were nice and together with the music did a great job setting the mood for quite an emotional experience.

Wow. I really felt the anxiety of each conversation- and I am so happy with the ending- it really lifted the cloud of not being able to save some of the earlier relationships. It really pays off the setup- and calls into question whether anything is a choice, a concept that people who don't suffer from depression may not fully understand. Thank you for this game!

Stirring. Glad you made it. I liked the colorful art. Regrettably I did a terrible job keeping the relationships alive but talking to grampa was nice. Good entry.

I would perhaps have liked to have more context about the people you have to talk to, but I like the concept and I felt it came from an honest place. Nice take on the theme and I hope it gets more votes, it deserves it.

Such a meaningful game. I had quite a while to ponder and think about what options I should make. Besides, the soundtrack and the graphics are great to. Such a nice game you made there, I think your game deserves more ratings than it is having now.

Well done, this was a great take on the theme. The writing is good (but a few lines are cut off), I enjoyed playing through each conversation. The ending with Grandpa is a very nice conclusion to the game.

A minor tweak might be needed for selecting options; the cursor went to computer default to overridden by in-game cursor when an option was available. If there were two states for the cursor (selectable option and non-selectable region) the it would keep the cursor more in keeping with the rest of the game.

As was not living this person life, having the background and history, as well as not knowing the personalities of the characters you can meet, it can be difficult to assess what happened so what the "best" options are, in the sense of "getting things off your chest" as per the instructions. That said, by going through the story and seeing the reactions I can start to get an understanding of what happened in the past and I start to learn about what happened. So I think it depends very much on the authors intent here, whether it's meant to be a voyage of discovery of the main characters life and actions or a look at how to resolve coming out of a depression/anxiety and handling it. If this was cleared up then I think this could become a much more refined story.

I enjoyed playing it and I think with some additional polish it could serve as a valuable game for some.

This was a beautiful experience <3 There are some minor issues, like spelling errors, or the resolution of the game not exactly right, with the last topic cut out when talking to Ms G. A highlight of the text when you select it would be a nice polishing touch. This game hits very close to home. You tackled the subject with such a kind touch, the conversations are lifting and just what they should be.
