The audio and graphics were very very nice.  It took me a few deaths to remember to water the cactus, and I also didn't initially realize that you could hold Q down to continuously water him.  But I got the hang of it.  What actually helped me was to just think of the health system as a more traditional one, like picking up potions and then using them when I'm low on health.
