Ah came really close to making a lil life sim / time management game.

WebGL took ages to load, so I ended up going the download version.

The dying part of the game was a lil anit-climactic and cause it zooms in, it's hard to tell what you actually died from. but I enjoyed the little animations and random aspect of the events while balancing your stats.

Unfortunately I never made it to valentine's day cause I kept dying in my sleep :D

Such a heavy subject. One choice will always get something and lose something.

Nice entry. The window with the guy doing stuff was a nice touch to the simulator. Could use some sound effects though. Good work.

Solid manager. I think it lacks variety. Maybe some silly random events now and then, which essentially shape the run..

@sertu Yeah, we agree, some random events could've made this a lot better. Maybe we'll try to add those in a post-jam version, along with audio

I had some fun playing it, I agree with other people who said random events and audio could make it even better.
Maybe the background could change according to the time of the day (even if it's just a solid color).

Thanks for the game !

This game really represents the theme. I zoned in trying to manage my bars until Valentine's Day. I love the little animations for each action. Agree with others that sound would really help the game.

Nice idea, but becomes a bit repetitive, especially once you find a good rotation.

Random events would help a lot, along with some audio.

I sure thought I was caught in a loop. The gameplay is very repetitive and I think that that is a compliment^^

Intresting interpretation of the theme. It definitely was missing audio, which didn't help repetitiveness. It could use some random outcomes from time to time. Nice entry : )

My head exploded for too much work like in real life.. I miss the sounds and as other people wrote some random events can make the game more challenging.

Great humour and mood. The art was nice. Unfortunately I fell into a cycle of drinking and sleeping after getting too stressed from too much work ... oh.

Games about a repetitive life are not very interesting to play, but I liked your presentation, it is very unique. Well done.

The game definitely could have used some music / sound effects. I let it run for a bit, but it honestly got pretty repetitive and didn't hold my interest for very long. The randomness involved makes it especially hard to figure out what is going on in the game. I think some UI elements or something along those lines would have helped describe what was happening, and maybe help with making the game more interesting to play.

I agree with a lot of others that sound makes a big difference, even if just some "boops" or "beeps" when you click on buttons. That and I was having trouble figuring out exactly which bars did what, then I kept dying in my sleep. RIP

This reminds me of many entries from an earlier jam, LD #44, where the theme was "Your life is currency". Nonetheless, it is a well polished and easy to play entry that also fits this theme, well done!
