I Forgot My Sword! by Yngvarr

"So, I finally arrived. Two days on foot to the Great Dungeon of Moo and now I'm here. A month ago the wizard told me to clear the mazes from the evil minotaurs by today to prevent the evil and there is just no more time to waste. Hey, monsters! I'm here to slay you! Just let me draw my mighty... my mighty... hold on...... Oh crap!"

So, you forgot your mighty sword and need to kill the minotaurs? No, dummy, your fists won't give them a fright. But you can still use your legs to run around the mazes. How can it help? Well, try to figure it out! Good luck!

NOTE: Levels are sorted by difficulty. It's highly recommended to start with the first one.

Nice puzzle game! I like how you can also smash the minotaurs together :P

Neat idea and some nice puzzling, but I'm not a fan of the realtime/block-pushing/provoking mechanic with grid-based movement - I've been killed many times by moving one block more/less than expected. and repeating the same part I've already done in a puzzle game is not super fun for me.
An undo button would be great but I can see how that's not likely to be added in a jam.
When 2 minos smash together, I'd expect them to both die. Otherwise, I'd like to know which one of them is the survivor.

I can't rate, so hopefully this comment will suffice

A nice game overall. I did have some of the same issues as @secretpocketcat though, in this kind of game I like to stop and think, but then I'm dead :) That's mostly me though, if you don't use a mechanic just because it might not suit some players, you'd end with nothing instead of just starting with nothing.

Fun concept and good mechanics. I started on level 3 and didn't understand till I went back to 1. So maybe lock the harder levels to start? Enjoyed it though!

I was pleasantly surprised by the level design! The graphics are simple, but get the job done. I would have liked some audio, though.

Overall, good work!

Fun theme and a nice puzzle game. The movement is a bit missleading. It seems to be a turn based movement system but it isnt. You will learn this the hard way. Well made level design. It would be better to start with some smaller levels so you wont get punished to hard my reseting the whole level with a bunch of enemies.
Clean graphics and overall fun to play.

Very interesting leveldesign! I liked to eliminate three minos by one button. Overall solid and polished game. Good job!

Very cool, What I enjoyed most was smashing Minotaurs into each other. I would have liked it more with continuous movement instead of tile based, I think. But that's just a personal preference. The levels were nicely designed. And the art is lovely. Good Job overall

Really enjoyed the puzzles and figuring out how to herd the minotaurs. I had fun playing and completed the 3 mazes.

Nicely done puzzle! Short and sweet. I only wish the indication when the bulls see you and start to charge up was a little bit more obvious. Something like an exclamation point above their head or a sound cue would be great.

This is fantastic fun! Love that you have mutiple puzzles included, and the take on the theme is perfect in my opinion! Artwork is super cute too, nicely done!

What a lovely idea! Very simple mechanics, but a lot of fun, nice level design, I had to finish it! Minotaurs are cute. And the outro is very funny!

That's an extremely clever puzzle game with a very interesting blend of tile-based movement and reactions. And the animations of the bulls charging is super adorable :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2u3BIVgcKdQ

Great concept. I am too sleep deprived to manage to complete a level, great puzzling elements.

The movement felt a bit wibbly, and some sounds would definitely spruce it up.
