Wow that was great. It reminded me of Unfinished Swan where you kind of learn about the world as you travel through it. Finding all of the different colors in order to open the doors was a really cool idea. It was satisfying just walking through the level and just spraying paint everywhere. The little fairy characters were super adorable. I also really liked the paintings at the beginning telling you how to play. Overall this game was super relaxing and the visuals were great.

@katamary We are sorry to hear that ! Could you please tell us where you blocked in the level ?

Hey super-cool game! The idea was awesome and well implemented. The paintings were a good way to teach the player what to do!

I had frame drops here and there but it didn't bother much.
Overall brightness might have been better toned down a little. Spray painting a giant bright purple blob in the dark really strained my eyes, although that could just be me! :P

Overall great game! I really enjoyed it!

Awesome experience, i dont know why but it's remind me of an exposition "team lab" in paris.
It's really impressive for a such short time!

Amazing game, very immersive, and the graphics were beautiful... Only criticism I have is that the small plants/grass were very bumpy to walk over, probably would have been better to remove the colliders on those.

I couldn't finish the game. I didn't quite understand the mechanics of changing colors and couldn't find the green color.
Also, my eyes were a little painful after a few minutes of the game - the colors are too bright.

I had a pretty low FPS towards the end of the game. Perhaps this is since I was trying to paint all around. If u want, I will share my PC configuration.

Anyway, I really liked the game. Good job!

@nachtwitch @digital-pie @gisam @torfi Thank you all for playing and your nice comments !

@ogelgames This is strange because we removed collision between the player and the grass.. Probably I forgot to put some in the right layer !

@uchiro Thank you for playing ! Indeed, I know where this problem comes from. 1. Too much geometry, 2. Painting mechanic rely on CPU to know if an object is paint or not. To change color, you have to discover the fairy or go back near to it when you want to re-take that color. Yeah that wasn't super clear, need to improve that !
Anyway, thanks you for the feedback !

Excellent idea and mood. I gave up after a while when I was supposed to use green after jumping over a path of few small boulders, couldn't find the green anywhere nearby.
(I see in comments that I was supposed to go back - to pick it, but I kinda expected that the color change will be nearby... might try again later)

I liked how it fit the theme nicely, and the painting was fun. In the end i was having some lag issues but it didnt ruin my experience.

Very good mood and feelings, love neon visuals! Game is cute and meditative! But it lag and freeze often (at blue and red paints) so I can't complete the game. Also I got green colour but there is still red one! Or I can switch colours comehow?

@saintheiser Thanks for playing ! Yeah we are aware that the game is not really optimized..
Yes you can change color by going back to a previous fairy ;)

This was a wonderful little entry. :) Relaxing atmosphere, novel concept, and adorable art style.

I'm just gonna get a liiiiiiiiiittle bit nit-picky though, because I'd love to see this fleshed out into a full concept.

1. The idea to spray paint the walls and the floor to reveal the level is really novel. However, because the spray only goes out in front of you, you find yourself looking at the floor while you're moving most of the time, which feels a little awkward and unnatural, especially in a game about looking at things.

2. The bloom is maybe a *tad* too overdone. It's especially blinding in small rooms and occasionally disoriented me as I walked around.

3. Dying/respawning was also jarring. It happened immediately with no sound, and often in a room with complete blackness, so it was especially difficult to get my bearings when it happened. Thankfully, it didn't happen *too* often.

That's all I have for now! Despite focusing a lot on nitpicks, I want to emphasize that I really really enjoyed this one! I'm usually a bit harsher on games I really like, because I'd love to see them succeed in the future. :) Congrats on the awesome entry!

I love the concept, really great and the graphics are cute! Unfortunately I wasn't able to finish it because my computer crashed twice while playing it, but I really appreciated that idea!
