Just the Two of Us by C0nt

[raw]
made by C0nt for Ludum Dare 46 (JAM)

You live in an appartment building. You are completely alone besides your friend Jeb, who spends most of his time on the windowsill.

GUIDANCE: 1. You can move between most rooms by clicking on objects (in the first room, there is an arrow on the windowsill). 2. If you hover your mouse over the top side of the screen, an inventory bar will open. 3. You can return from the slippers by moving into the door you came out of.

I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do, if I hover the mouse near the top it shows some boxes but there's nothing on them

feels like this could be really cool? but quite confusing, and can't click out after clicking on the slippers

Heads up for anyone who is confused on how to start, there's an arrow you can click in the bottom right of the screen!

it crashed when I tried to feed jeb lemonade, awesome graphics and super intense mood. great title, kept me wondering what would have happened if I would have managed to feed little jeb :)

I got an error after picking up everything, returning to the black blob screen, and clicked on a treat. Overall, it was slightly confusing on movement when initially it was a clicking interaction leading up to the scavenging portion. The computer part was kind of hard to click out since the button was hard to see with the low contrast. It has a great potential for a strong storytelling element once it's more fleshed out.

I got an error when drinking the lemonade.
I loved the ambience and the graphics, but besides walking around outside in a roguelike experience with a very thrilling music, I don't know what to do.
