Gameplay was really fun, graphics were nice aswell. some of the enemies and projectiles feel out of place but perhaps thats also part of the charm. not much wrong here.

Really good.
Bonus points for unreal :-)
Love it <3
The only thing I would complain about is, that it is probably a bit hard.

Really amazing little game! I like the atmoshpere and mood together with the overall style and art! Great work!! It can be a little tricky to not run out of time during the bossfight, but that problem kinda sorts itself out with the powerups during a later try :) Good job!

Wow, very beautifully polished game! The animations and the movement is very smooth. The mechanics are very addictiv, i'll probably play some more later.
The core mechanic with the 3 doors is very well implemented and a great idea!
I like the humorous texts when you die :D

That was really well made, well balanced and everything. Really the only thing I can criticize is the dash which felt a bit weird but everything else was well done.

Really nice game, I was really surprised not having a dash until I unlocked it :p

In my opinion, starting the first run with more time would make the game more fun: after my 2 or 3 first runs, I found myself going straight forward just to get the bonus (which only become a time bonus after you collect them all: +1 on that part) and get a decent time bank and then started to play again.

Overall I really enjoyed playing the game, I like the small bonus after each room and the different kind of enemies. And you have really cool arts

@vivien-fargette Thanks for the feedback! When we set out we wanted the treasure to appear after a miniboss half way through which you had to fight - so upgrades were more crucial, but we didn't get time to implement it. The risk of increasing the time of the first run is players finishing the game too quickly. I definitely think we need some way of "earning" the treasure instead of being able to run straight to it though. We might do a post jam version as we also had a bunch of trap and puzzle room ideas too!

Cheers for playing

@almax the mini boss is really good idea for the treasure and a better option than just giving more time bank.

As for all roguelike, I don't think being able to finish the game on the first run is a bad thing (but it should be hard) but overall I agree that treasure should be earned. Maybe going kinda like Isaac where you don't have time back but are locked in the room until you cleared it would be a solution

Holly molly that's top notch entry right here!
I really enjoyed it a lot, I even replayed it to try to beat it on first run (I failed), I think it has quite the replay value!
The graphics are incredible for a game jam, you know what you're doing, clearly, and I love how juicy it is, very pleasant to play, great audio and visual effects, signs and feedbacks.
The loop theme interpretation is not the most original but it's really well executed and the mechanics go very well with it, plus it's super quick so I don't have any time to get bored !

You have my big congrat's, this is a really good really polished game!

That was GREAT! The first game in this jam that I really wanted to beat. After a few runs, it worked out at last :) Loved the Rouge-Like mechanics with permabuffs to make each run a little easier. Well thought out to keep the player invested and still make sure that he will beat the game eventually. The controls very snapp and the game fast and pumping. It was fun to learn the strengths and weaknesses of each enemy type and how to deal with each room in a time efficient manner. Mixing up the power up each room was also very motivating. The sound effects were a bit basic and the lack of a soundtrack really was glaring regarding how awesome the rest of the game was.

Great entry! One of the best I've played so far (if not even the best yet).

Great one! Looks really complete. Still lacks audio, but it is no problem. Great balanced, it really was a challenge to learn how to beat the game (and learning here is a great part of the game!), but it was not too hard, which is perfect. One of the best rouge-like ever played =)

It's great. It's been a lot of fun.
I think it's a combination of roguelike and loop.
It was a good idea to keep the acquired items, even though it can be boring if you simply loop it.
And the tension is maintained because of the time limit.

Good job, I wish there was a difficulty setting (One that gave you more time) for slow pokes like me but other than that polish was good, I wish there was a little more juice and I would have liked more feedback especially on teose green glob guys since I didn't know quite how many more lives they had. Solid entry.
