Escaping the Void. by Oulsen
Escaping the Void.
You are an astronaut who is woken up to a crisis. The ship is offline and you must hurry to fix it before you are sucked into a black hole!

We are both very new to game development. Oulsen started out with Unity and C# in june 2020 with some knowledge of html/css/javascript. ProtoCap, who is an artist, always wanted to create games, but never knew how. We combined our knowledge to create the game.
Everything in the game is build by us in 72 hours for Ludum Dare #47. Only some SFX sounds are from freesound.org

Gameplay is cool but tutorial is pretty slow
Great itch page by the way.
The gameplay is a bit hard at first, took me 5 minutes to press F and see that I apparently have a flashlight XD, so a tutorial or some indicators of what to press should help that a bit :D

Thanks !
If anything, it didn't really feel like you were in a ship: more like a series of rooms with stars in between.
Really nice game! Looking forward to your next one!
I actually got it first try so I had to replay it after reading the comments about the time loop lol. It was a cool experience! Short but well made, nice sprites, my only criticism is that the sound effects started to feel repetitive towards the end. Nice work, well done! :)
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and video of this game. Some things I would have liked to have seen (maybe they were planned and there wasn't enough time) would have been a run ability and to use keyboard commands for the UI (which I know from experience that mouse UI is a lot easier in Unity).
