I like it! I'm not very good at dodging so i didn't get very far, but I like the art style and the simplicity! I'm not sure what the white and green bottles do though, and I didnt see a counter for how many i had collected.

edit: I tried again and found the parasite in the third room so i didnt have to dodge much :P it was a fast playthrough though

Cool game for 3 days of work. I appreciate the roguelike elements; it's not a very unique concept, but it's very cool you were able to make this. Keep up with developing games!

i found it really compelling - i was kinda sad when i beat the parasite and it finished. My only negative points are that it has the D&D problem where the only real challenge comes from groups of enemies that swarm you - i didn't get hit by the parasite at all, just held down the bow shoot button and walked around it in circles - and also I didn't really like how much backtracking there was considering that you're on a ticking clock - maybe having enemies occasionally respawn in areas you've already cleared would have solved this? I had a lot of fun though, and the visuals and mood were very sweet. Thanks!

Simple and clean gameplay. Really good effort on making various enemy behaviours and art assets, the pixelised art style looks great too.

Nice game. Really like the replayability. Sadly didn't get how to interact with most of the things i met in the game.

This was surprisingly enjoyable. The idea of having a different goal each life is fun. I enjoy the Classic Zelda roguelike mixture. The battles are for the most part fun and satisfying. I do wish the enemies had more variety. some pathways were just dead ends.

I liked the pixel art and colors in this game. I think the movement speed could have been faster, especially since there is a lot of backtracking. Not bad for a first game.

Graphics are pretty nice. The main mechanic is interesting, though it might be lacking some balancing.
I found no way to get keys, and I don't see what else you can do after you clear the 3 or 4 rooms that have enemies.
The walk speed is infuriatingly slow, though it might understandably be due to the coin mechanic, so it can make you nervous as your meter goes down. Then again, you could make the walking faster along with the meter.

Good game for a first jam, with a lot of little cool mechanics (coins, weapons, etc.). I enjoyed the variety of monsters and assets. The only thing is the music, I found it super annoying.

Nice entry! I hope you enjoyed the event, the first ludum dare is always something special.

A nice game. The aesthetic is very well executed and the sound design adds a nice flair. The visual effects were quite sweet and liked the shop mechanic. It was nice to see a variation in enemies too.

I played twice, and for some reason the first time my addiction was coins, and the second time it was combat? Is that how it’s supposed to work?
But great variety of things, and nice graphics and music too!
