In-game they give the whole thing a lot of character and really add to the astheic.  For the menus and usable AI it really becomes a \"style over function\" thing as It's so hard to read basic menu prompts.\n\nFix that tiny issue and you have a near-perfect casual game.  I bet you could tweak this into a good mobile game.
