The gameplay was well thought out and it was fun to try and protect your eggs.
It felt a bit harsh to die as soon as you touched the foxes though, protecting the eggs was difficult enough, at least for me
Overall, great job!
On the other hand, I think the camera can definitely be improved, it's very easy to get killed by falling on a fox or even walking into one that came from off screen. I also found it a bit too easy to accidentally push your own eggs out of the nests, which was also frustrating; is it necessary to be able to push them?
Over all, a pretty cute game, with great atmosphere, but the mechanics were a bit frustrating at times.
I'm sad to say I didn't manage to raise a single chick. :frowning:
The camera was a little slow to catch me up when I sent the bird flapping into the trees, if you do continue with it , post-compo, a little tweaking there would be welcome. Maybe by limiting the maximum distance the camerea can get from the player.
