Trapped On Track by Mads
Gameplay
Deep under ground your faithful minions are working hard, mining resources from the rocky soil. You have trapped them in a looping rail track, and must keep them there (and alive) to maximise your resources. Expand the mine tracks as ores run out, and avoid falling rocks and floods to keep your minions stuck in a loop.
Hints
- Destroy earth with dynamite to expand your mine
- Build new tracks close to ores, to get more resources
- Listen for alarms. They warn you about coming catastrophe
- Have fun and try to make the leaderboard!
Leaderboard
Trapped On Track have a leaderboard system. Can you make the list?
Controls
- Click on walls to demolish rocks.
- Click and hold anywhere on your track to start expanding it. Move mouse to extend track (green tracks highlight new route) and connect to existing track to confirm route.
- Move camera with middle mouse or WASD.
Bugfix post launch
- Fixed being unable to build track on top of depleted mine

Other than that minor thing, this game is a blast. Awesome work!
Well that said.... enjoyed the entry - nice simple - like others have commented - a tutorial would have helped.
But got the point in the second playthrough...
Godt arbejde drenge og/eller piger  :thumbsup_tone1:
:purple_heart: :dart: :frog:
By the way, I'm in 2nd place
Nice job!
Very nice and simple concept, also I really liked the flat-shaded procedural(?) walls for some reason, it was a good aestetic.
You made a public leaderboard for which I didn't have enough time for my game, I'm jealous :)
Nicely done overall
An impresive, consistent art style, too!
Well done!
The dynamic change of the situation felt great. Handling those few tasks I had was fun too. Not to many of them but challenging. Discovering the "bad things" that could happen was surprising (water leaks are evil! :D)
Its a fun challenge where you get quickly better in understanding whats going on and what is important to watch out for. Ah, what I realised a bit late was that resource sources can run out. That surprised me in a bad way. Some information for that (in game) would have been nice.

I liked the game a lot it was pretty cool. The Soundeffects where nice and the general conecpt was awesome. The Game has a real good "flow".
It was a bit hard in the beginning to understand the eneral concept but then it was really nice.
I think there could be done a lot more with this kind of concept and there is a huge potential to improve, enlarge and enhance the game.
I really like it.
Well done really good Job
I really like how unique this entry was! I did have a bit of confusion when trying to understand the mechanics fully, but I think with a little more polish and playtesting you can have something super interesting here. Keep on keepin' on!
