Very interesting game! It's a pretty unique mechanic, and a cool application of the theme!

Was nice but a bit too hard, would be cool to start a bit more slow

Nice game! Controlling was quite floaty and unprecise, but that didn't really hold it back as attack patterns were quite generous as well.

Very cool. Played enough to beat the game after a couple tries. I like the mechanics, very polished. Stuck to the theme, I just wish there was a little more stuff happening in the audio and visuals.

Favourite game so far. Didnt read the instructions and it only took a little while to work out how the game worked. Think my least favourite part was the end screen which was a tad too bright. Awesome work.

Dude the design (graphics, fx, music) feels so good. Honestly I really liked it but it was a bit repetitive and imo the moments when the ship goes with you on the circle is breaking the rythm.
Some improvements Ive got in mind : increase the speed of the shots faster so it keeps very dynamic, add some more move possibilities and other patterns, add some objectives aswell, it would be cool to fire directly at the ship like you can separate the ship in destroyable elements and we have to go around to fire at a precise component, in a particular order (battery shielding, then motors, etc).
You did really great overall! :o

Really fun game, I liked the difficulty it made defeating the boss way more fun, although once I understood I could leave the green area for a long period, it became pretty easy.
Great music/sfx, Awesome polish, all around great experience for a small jam game.

Oh wow I really love this! The minimalist art and the creative mashing of pong with the theme was a lot of fun to play despite getting my butt kicked at first. Great job with this one, love pretty much everything about this.

That was surprisingly fun! I really enjoyed that. A good example of less is more. The mechanic of this game is pretty unique. I've never seen anything quite like it. The goal and controls were clear, and even the enemy's movements were clear and fair. This game is well rounded, and a complete package. Well done! I had fun. :)

I had a lot of fun playing this entry ! It is a good exemple of a simple take on the theme executed right, with cool graphics and audio.

Strengths :
- The controls are good and the core gameplay is immediately fun
- Simple graphics make for a good UX
- The twist of the ship moving works really well the first time

Possible improvements :
- Either reduce the lifebar of the ship or make it so that all countered missiles go back from where they came from, without friction

All in all, excellent game !

Neat game, simple and easy to learn and direct to the point :) visually pleasing, too, despite the simplistic graphics. good job man

Nice bossfight, took a bit to ling to kill the ufo, but it was fun nonetheless

Nice idea and well implemented. Plays well except for the difficulty in avoiding the ship while trying to stay on the green line. Might be a good idea to have the whole circle green while the boss is in chase mode then have it dart around the screen unpredictably. Good entry.

This game is hard, the player health is too low, and the bosses attack speed is too fast for the amount of control you get over the player. The idea is neat, and the visuals, and sounds match perfectly to the gameplay. The music could be more intense though as this is a boss battle. Good Entry good job.

Very nice approach to theme, enjoyed gameplay, nice music and sound effects, clean simple art, and liked phases of the boss - especially when you have to forget what you've just learned, and adapt. Nice work!

Nice approach, but the aiming of the paddle feels awkward, you instinctively point your mouse to where you want the paddle to be, but you also need the mouse pointer to be inside the circle to properly reflect the projectiles.

What doesn't help is that the rate and amount of fire starts off too quickly, so there isn't much time to prepare for what moves to take.

I had fun with this game. It took me a few turns to realize the player health was reflected in the background color, but I actually really like that (instead of a more generic UI bar). I thought the mouse responsiveness was great - very fast, but with the tradeoff of the player needing to be very precise. The "feel" of the game felt very balanced.

Fun and challenging game. A bit too hard to control reflection, but great otherwise!
