Unfortunately I think postprocessing doesn't quite work for me (OSX, neither Chrome nor Firefox) as my screen is very dark with a very small flashlight range. I couldn't get too far before (I think) a rock hit me from above.
Obviously it goes without saying that I'm in love with Tim when he's wearing his sunglasses and I now plan on getting my own pet rock.
My primary piece of feedback would be to have some sort of feedback to the player when you interact with something or when something can be interacted with. I ended up just mashing F as I walked along.
I was not able to concentrate good enough to listen for the traps.
But very fun. Ejoyed it a lot. Good work.
The writing is great and the result is great.
My only criticism is that you are not able to dodge the falling objects because the player is to slow which takes some of the player feeling of agency because there is a time from when you spot the object until it hits you that you are unable to do anything and just wait there for that to happen. The audio cues do make this problem manageable but in general I think you should make the player a bit faster or the objects falling slower. Great game, loved it, thank you!
Art and sound are nicely polished. I like it :)
As others pointed out, the falling objects are a bit frustrating because there's no way to dodge them. I tried moving backwards whenever I heard a sound, but that didn't help much. But considering that's the only thing I didn't like about this game, I say that you did an amazing job! Congrats!
Also the heads up sound before something drops feels good, given the slowness of the character.
Good one. Cheers.
The sound was very good, the ambiance was so dark... I liked it very much even if it was short!
