This game conveys emotions. It's depressing to be stuck in such a loop. The job segment is great, it reminds me the Fish factory from "What remains of Edith Finch". I wonder if there is actual good ending in that game?

You did a good job. So did I, apparently. Did you do the voice acting yourself? If so... Good job.
Also, stayed up all night playing with my Bionicles. Zero regrets.

So easy to fail, compared to the meaningless but substantial effort required to staying in the loop.

Or, in other words: "Depressing game, well done!" :)

A comment on the interface: It was sometimes possible to fail by accidentially clicking before the text was fully rendered, making the "wrong" choice by mistake.

Other than that, you managed to convey a poignant although depressing message, which was clearly also the intention.

I think this game is tell me I should get fired. Repetitive? Kind of draining? Maybe that's how the game wants me to feel. In that sense its pretty good on the mood category. The visuals were nice too. I did 2 loops and then decided to heck it all and steal from the counter. Whoops!

I rode off into the sunset and uncertainty. Looking back now, there is one thing I'll miss, although the days seemed to repeat without end, I was always praised for doing a good job.

Good job, the music, text, and imagery created an appropriately depressing atmosphere, and the game definitely fit the theme of being stuck in a loop.

Mood. Lol. Nice entry. I liked how making basically any decision of having some time for yourself ended up with negative consequences. Narrative consistency. Plus the quit message was quite humorous. I think that its generally relatable. The work puzzle is simple but it kind of shows how small mistakes start happening even with simple tasks when done often and as they become rote. Something people tend to forget. Plus I'm a fan of point-and-click genre games as well

A fun little game idea. Perhaps a bit short, and I wish there was a bit more gameplay. Overall a fine little jam game.

I found your game very creative, with a mechanic that always seems to present some situation of different choice. The colored balls minigame is very interesting in itself. I liked the experience in general. Congratulations.

Nice idea, but it's very short (this isn't a problem, ok for Jam). Good job!

I like the idea of this game, and a point and click game is a good way to implement it.

Btw, custom game engine gang high five (SDL, nice) :) :hand_splayed:

Keep it up!
