I think i found a bug, when i used the portal, the zombies on the other side were doing alot of noise(really disconfortable) and they were immortal, or very hard to kill, then ignoring some zombies the game crashed.
in my opinion, you should reduce the delay, I left the screen several time ^^
The control fell great to me. The sprites of the player and zombies are great but i don't really like the ground or the background.
But Overall well done
feel free to test my game as well :3
But I like the feel, a sidescroller heavy metal doom shooter :D
Also, thanks for the sounds recomendation, my team created sounds for the first time in this JAM, but they were very simple and we didn't invest alot of time, we'll check this SoundTrap!
The first problem is the camera, it would slowly follow behind the player, which forced me to go slow sometimes so the camera could keep up with the.
Second, the controls felt slippery at times, the player's speed was way too fast.
And I did run into some minor bugs, the first one came up when I died while a bullet hit an enemy, the audio started to glitch out and overlap each other making a loud noise.
Other than this, you did great, keep up the great work
Can I find your game also on indiexpo website? The channel is linked with them.
Edit: We got our game onto Indiexpo! Thanks for giving us this opportunity! We couldn't find out how to make our game playable in browser, so we posted Windows and Mac download links.
Well done on this, and good luck for the future!
Otherwise a fun game and concept
