Nice little character graphics :)

But I'm not sure if I did something wrong but I couldn't go anywhere. Yeah I know it's a loop but no enmies or anything.

Hah! that's actually hillarious. You said no surprises! I thought I would be able to walk in circles around the loop.

Thanks! if you had problems, I'm not sure what could've happened, could you elaborate?

I wonder if this game has more to it than the eye sees. I played the Win64 build.
There are a few things I can do to change the loop config, but I usually get stuck pretty quickly.

This game does well:
- :medal: great minimalist style

Could make this even better:
- :heavy_plus_sign: sometimes my space key wouldn't register.
- :heavy_plus_sign: hefty download for a tiny game! if you can, split the game binaries by platform
- :heavy_plus_sign: add some explanations and teasers, screenshots etc. to your game page on LDJam

All in all a tiny game entry with an interesting, if vexing reveal.

Everything's quite responsive, but I have to say, the first time I hit a spike I jumped out of my chair at the sound effect! I also can't finish the first clockwise loop, I just simply can't make the jump unfortunately. I also couldn't go back because spikes had appeared that I couldn't quite jump over.

The graphics are quite charming though!

This game was extremely frustrating in a good way. the controls felt good and it felt super rewarding whenever I would hit a hard jump. The fact that the level changed within the loop with no breaks or lag was super cool. I noticed that you put all of the files in one download which was a bit rough when trying to download so I suggest trying to separate them.

Was genuinely confused at first thinking it was just one tiny level, until I realised every loop was different. It's a good thing you didn't explain that in the description because it was a fun surprise! (despite what you said about zero surprises haha)

Jumping mechanics are definitely an issue. It feels very unforgiving and unfair and I couldn't get past the second or third loop. If you touch those up a bit and instead introduce difficulty through the level design this would be a very good game, since the premise of the level changing as you go around the loop is already pulled off flawlessly.

@Feesh I put the files into separate downloads, Thanks!

I liked the message a lot, it adds a lot of value to the game, the changes blend seamlessly and the platforming is fun.

The background tile texture got me a little dizzy, a solid background color should fix that, but maybe it was just me

Alright, finally got a chance to play it! This was a cool concept for a game. The fast speed of the character forced me to get every jump perfect, which was pretty fun and I'm really glad the character respawned so fast because I died a LOT.

You nailed the loop for sure. There is no forgiveness on the collisions so, if you like that kind of difficulty in a game then this is superb. The artwork is simple and straightforward. This is not a problem so much as it is just a statement- it could be more stylized or more intense, but as it is- is fine.

@wormholegames, you might have downloaded it earlier, I fixed it and seperated the versions.

Whoa that was hard... Is there a finish, or does it just keep going forever?

@ghuyajil there is an end, but it is really hard. I should've made it a bit easier but it is possible to beat.

At first when I hit the spike I jumped off my chair because of the sound. :)Movements are very fast, it is really hard to jump over spikes. I stuck in the loop and couldn't move anywhere. I liked the game creature.

@enes-ayyildiz the game is really hard but very possible. There might be a bug with the audio but it shouldn't be that loud. Thank you tho, I'll look into the problem!

A cool entry with a great a idea. The first time you realize the room loops is excellent. Unfortunately I found the platforming really difficult because of no way to control your jump height. Which might be what you want, but it felt off to me.

@wrimo I do think I kind of over did it with the difficulty, but I had a few problems with making the obstacles so I had to redo the design hours before the time limit. I do agree that the physics are a little bad.
