Dragon Revenge by m110

[raw]
made by m110 for LD36 (JAM)
So it turns out ancient people actually used cannons to fire dragon heads at enemy soldiers... Alright, the plot isn't the strongest part of our game, hopefully the gameplay will make up for it. :)

Featuring:

* full-sized ancient cannon firing magic dragon heads that bounce off enemies,
* cannon upgrade system (yay!),
* infinite gameplay with increasing difficulty level (that's not balanced at all)
* and more not-polished-but-hopefully-fun elements!

Definitely addictive. I thought it would get boring after the last upgrade, but the extra dive power makes it basically endless (with enough skill and luck).

I would love a leaderboard or an easier way to see your current best score. I think my best was 478. :)

Nice entry, I think you should try to display the current score during the game and not only at the end so the player can realize if he's doing a good run or not ;) (Best score : 256)

I'm a sucker for these kinds of games, it was a lot of fun! You definitely nailed the movement.

The gameplay was smooth, nice art style and at least I had some goal (all the crystals!). Anyway I would love to see the highest score somewhere and maybe more upgrades? Nicely done, good work.
