Very excellent job.
p.s. going to the "quit" button in web shows a big error message.

Simple pixel art and atmospheric music play together nicely here to create a simple puzzle game.
I like how you teach how to use different game mechanics but still leave room for experimenting and trying to find solution. And music with effects, oh it transformed me back to 800XL and C64 times :D

The art is fantastic, the music and sound effects fit well, the game plays pretty great overall other than some minor collision jank.
Like most great entries the only thing this is truly lacking is polish, but that comes with the territory of being made in less than 48 hours so what can you do.
All in all it's fantastic.

Sadly I got stuck on this level, my torch got burn out before it could reach the trees, and I couldn't go back the previous levels for fire. Maybe I will try again.
Having a "restart from last checkpoint" functionality would have been great: if I'm too much in the game, and then fail, I don't want to start it from all over again.
Anyway, nice entry, was fun to play, and had a great vibe. The interactive starting level was a great feature!

On every level I can only see the forward circles. I played the WebGL version.
