For me personally the sensitivity was way too high. Generally in shooters there should be a sensitivity setting imo. Also, a fov setting would have been nice.
Other than that the monsters were cute. The theme with the looping room was implemented very well. And the shooting and movement felt very good! Audio was also on point.
Oveall well done!
Minor things:
- Movement felt a little floaty, accelerating and decelerating felt sluggish. I would consider tightening up the controls
- Play around with adding juice to the shooting to make the guns feel more impactful
You definitely have a great concept here, I would encourage to keep working on it!
I also died many times by shooting myself as I didn't realise it was my character I kept seeing, oops.
Overall very fun, visuals were great :v:
It was short, but I see this could go somewhere if you continue working after the jam :)
Are you planning on sharing the source? + I'd like to get a windows or linux build cause It doesn't run well in browser.
