  • Click and drag a station (with Left Mouse Button) to move it.
  • Right Mouse Button places a new station (as shown by the translucent overlay).

(This was supposed to be a Compo game, but I just forgot about the jam until very late Saturday, so I ran out of time.)

Changelog

  • Port the most recent version of the game to WebGL
  • Reduce the train crash volume
  • Add a short description of the directions to the title screen
  • Fixed a typo that resulted in most train collisions not registering
  • Fixed a bug resulting in uncontrollable game overs

(If you want to download the original version, it's still available on itch.io)

This was fun! I enjoyed the quick pace I had to move at to keep track of all the trains. There was this problem I was having where trains on the same track would just run into eachother even if the road wasn't crossing. And the crash noise was extremely startling  but otherwise a fun little game!

Neat idea, and clean look, but I found it very difficult to last long enough to have a large station.

Really great concept!. Howver I got confused with the controls. I was pressing left click and stuff and it just woudnt work for some reason. Also a way to zoom out would be nice.

Reminds me a lot of Mini Metro, which is a very good thing, I love that game! :D

Can only mirror what was said: VERY CLEAN game! Very intuitive. Lovely, all around! Keep it up :D

Best way to get maximum score is just build huge number of station in one point. No one tactik give you as much

Fun game. I like it

I like the concept but I kept getting a lot of off-screen stations and crashes, which made it a little difficult to play for a high score. Good work, all the same!

Nice game! Clean, minimalistic and easy to understand :).
I had some issues with crashes of screen and immediately when new line spawned. Also wished I could zoom out, but I'm nitpicking now.
Great work :).

Clean aesthetics, but it is quite hard to anticipate what the trains are going to do. I'm feeling at the mercy of the randomness without enough control to survive for long. The idea of how you add new station is cool though

Super interesting game, the art is super simple, but it fits well into the game.
The sound of the crash scared me the first time, I didn't expect that xd,
I don't know if the stations visited have any function in addition to simply adding up, but if you put the 2 points of the stations together, you start to score points so fast

Simple, minimalistic, easy concept, with the right management you can achieve big. And RNG always strikes at the worst moments :D

Kinda reminds me of mini-metro, but definitely plays differently.

This was a really cool entry! Sometimes I didn't really understand why my trains crashed, but I had fun with this regardless. Graphics were super clean and minimal, which I liked. A solid first jam entry! :)

Quite fun game. I can see that game loop becomming addictive. I think though, it's a bit unfair at present when stations and entire loops can spawn off screen and one has to hunt around for them. A mini-map or a border hint indicating where something new is happening would solve that. Perferrably also a faster way to navigate to the new stuff would be great.

I got to about 400 points by keeping loops rather short until they got the third station.

Very well made first jam entry!

I wish I liked trains. But then again for me it's not apparent they are trains. So all is good! :D
