As there wasn't a limited number of bullets or anyt pentaly for shooting whenever, I found it quite easily to defend against the monsters. It was the timing of the heart that eventually took my health down that ended my playthroughs. I really enjoyed it. The fact you have to pay attention to your decreasing health points plus you have to protect the diamonds.
