When you start a game, you join a game in progress if there is one with open slots. If not, it creates a new game. I actually won once but had to lose a few times first.\n- Great use of open source sound, images, and models.\n- Path-finding was the main mechanical problem area for me (it seems to get stuck around the center a lot).\n- I loved the aspect of having to make quick decisions on when to let one part blow up so you can go save 2+ other parts on the other side of the ship.\n- Really cool that multiplayer is an option. Auto-joining existing games is a great way to handle it for the Ludum Dare audience.
