One of the best i've played!... Good drawings, great ambient, dialoges and theme. very funny and very well done with respect tothe scientific tests and how the research busines works. I think It's unfinished so I imagine great potential. More actions to do and some changes during the passing days would be grate... I dind't knew if it ends some how, so in DAY 15 i startedd starving the alien to death in order to finish it some way. More levels and mre elements! Keep it up!!

Nice game! I liked the art and music. I've played it many times but never end it lol, does it have an end?
The first time I played was rather dauntintg since I lost the first day and didnt understand why ha. Luckly my second attempt was more fortunate and i was able to understand what was going on lol.
Simple and solid game.
I´d add some restart boton when you lose that skips the intro, although i found it very funny! The story is great!

@san2020 @laau. I'm glad you both liked the game. I had to cut some endings to get the game out in time. You can lose the game by going negative on the balance, starving the alien, or letting it get too smart or big with too high IQ. Otherwise it's endless game ATM.

Thanks for playing.

I first lost on the second day and didn't know what was going on but on the second try it became clearer. Kind of needs some motivation to keep going on, as I felt that nothing happened after spending many days on the second try and kind of gave up then. Maybe some story bits or some kind of progress indicator. Like "we need to keep the alien alive for 30 days to finish our study" or whatever. Maybe also some random events as the options per day felt very samey day to day. But overall, cool entry and solid execution!

**Great game!**

It was a good take on the theme beyond just "hurr durr don't die" (because let's face it, thats already almost every game on the planet). The theme was well integrated into the fun gameplay and i liked that.

The narrarator was funny reminded me of Crazy Dave from Plants vs Zombies! +Humor points for that.
The art and sound design is way ahead of what i would expect from a game made this quickly, and i wouldn't bat an eye if i saw it in a "real" game.

**As for your questions:**

I clicked on the game from the "rate theese games" section of the Ludum Dare home page, because it had the HTML5 symbol, and then i played it because it had less than 20 ratings.

Describing the game in one sentence: "The truth about what's happening in area 51"

Most memorable thing was that the alien destroyed the human race with nukes

I would add a win condition, or at least some clearer way of indicating that the game is endless (for example a score counter"

Very cool!
By limiting the options each day, and giving most of them trade-offs, it made decisions much more interesting than the classic tamagotchi-style game.
Also, I got increasingly scared about what that alien could do to me.
Excellent game!

Fun art style, good sense of humor. Gameplay is a fun balancing act. The randomness makes it tough - seems like mostly the game ends when the love level drains -- even if you always use the +1 and +2 loves it inevitably runs down to 0. Still a fun game and well executed.

Nice game. The idea is great, try several time to keep it alive, but the love is missing the most :'( . Overall nice entry, love the graphics, and the music. Good job !

- What made you play the game in the first place?
- Saw it in the rating section. The HTML5 is a nice way to try it.

- How would you describe the game to a friend with one sentence?
- Keep it alive tamagotchi like

- What was the most memorable thing you encountered?
- This little guy who turn rapidly into a steroid monster

- What did you find lacking or would add in the game?
- Maybe an end (don't know what happend when you got 10 everyhwere, it was hard to find love) or some kind of a goal ro reach !

I enjoyed it a lot. I thought the changes to the alien were pretty funny and the balancing was interesting. Fun diversion for a few minutes and a great effort for the jam. Would need more content or areas maybe for a longer playing experience.

first things: i loved the drawings, the music and the atmosphere. i would suggest adding a restart button (if there is one, i couldn't find it), because i had to refresh the page and go through the tutorial in order to play it again. also, maybe number the endings or give it a bit of a more rewarding ending cause i didn't find it that rewarding.
