Simple idea but perfect execution. Ending, game over screen, all is there ! I like little ouch + animation on ghost hit. There's a lot of games with naked heroes in this LD but not even having a body is one step beyond :)

Cute game, fun to play, with awesome music and very responsive controls. I had a good time with this one. It fast-forwarded through the final screen because I was still holding down controls - might want to disable that, or add a delay.

Very simple and way too short imo, maybe you could try doing parryable shots and different attack patterns for variation. Other than that its a very cool game and good execution, I like the deflection idea and boss fight integration into the level.

Short yet sweet game. Everything works as it should and the controls feel nice, if a little floaty(you're a ghost though so it kinda makes sense.) It'd be nice if there was some extra challenge, like if the player had less time to use the shield or if the evil pumpkin knocks the pumpkins back a few times(a la Ganondorf does in Ocarina of Time.) Throwing in a weaker enemy or 2 so the player can get used to the controls and practice a bit might help too, if only by making the game marginally longer
