Didn't actually understand what to do. At the beginning of the game I thought that the game was loading so I spent some time on main screen. Adding some animations to the buttons on the main screen is must have thing. Gameplay part was really confusing. Pressed all buttons waited nothing really happened.

Things I liked: I like the cool concept of Nick Cage (not any relation to the actor) being in your game. Things I disliked: Couldn't figure out how to make money.

Nice pixel art. Funny theme, buttons/do could have been a little more explicit. Good game!

I laughed at first glance at the theme. Was a funny concept, but gameplay lacks directions or goals. UI was really confusing. Spent a minute looking at the screen until I realized what was interactable. Really weird experience combined with the music.

It's a little confusing what each button does. Stim seems to increase stress and productivity and decrease health, yoga does the exact opposite, drink does the same as stim, and barz lowers stress, productivity, and health (and maybe increases fame?).

Somewhat figured out the game worked, made some money, did some stuff, got uber stressed. I don't see a foreseeable goal however, so it kinda just felt like me clicking on buttons for the hell of it.

Maybe some instructions would be nice.

Gotta give it though, the game looks good, and in my opinion Nick pacing around the room was well done.

As others have suggested, some instructions would be nice, but a neat concept! I liked the animations as you move around the room idly. Somehow reached NaN% on day 1:

A very 'fantas-Nick' game! Loved the humor and the daily nick never failed to crack me up! I would have liked a better indication on how each choice would affect you but apart from that I really enjoyed this experience, awesome work!

Hilarious concept. Didn't understand the impact of the "Do" items, and it took me one failure to realize that the bars going UP was bad (I thought I had to keep them up).

Lots of potential here.

Wonderfully fun concept. Great art to back it up. However, didn't feel like playing much because I didn't feel like I knew what was going on. Some explanation of what does what would help.

Love all the little jokes and Nick Cage (no relation) references in the activities. The pixel art is pretty great, and the background music helps set the mood. I survived through the first day and made $200, but then Nick died from drinking his health away in an attempt to lower his stress.
I think some of the time management stuff could be a bit more clear, maybe some kind of day/night clock to visually represent time instead of "Hour 4". Or an energy/sleep mechanic to limit how many things you can do each day. I very quickly started to see the missions repeating, the soundtrack repeating, and the animations looping. It's hard to create a huge variety of events for a game jam, but it helps if you have some kind of filler actions or delays that spread-out the content.
I also wish that some of the actions had more visual representations. Instead of buttons for "yoga" and "drink", have a yoga mat and a bottle of whiskey, and some simple animations for slamming back shots and doing downward dog. It would also be cool if Nick left the room while he's on a mission.
The overall experience was very short, but the humor was great and it didn't outstay its welcome.

I enjoyed the humour and the art is great. Unfortunately I didn't really have any idea what to do. A tutorial would have been helpful

I love the idea and I love Cage, but this game would improve a lot with some kind of tutorial or at least an intro screen
