Kind of hard when you're going quick, it may be worth giving extra points for getting through the levels in a certain time! Good job

Cool game! too me a minute to figure out how to remove the star things (I thought I couldn't touch them so I rarely flew close enough) but once I figured it out it was fun!

Really nice feel to the player movement you've got going on in this game. It reminds me somewhat of when you hold your hand out a car window and tilt your hand up and down and feel the lift. Also not gonna lie doing the loops reminded me greatly of 1940's series of arcade games. I wish there was an option to for the volume as I found it to be a little loud for my taste even at minimum volume on my PC. Your music and sound effects are really nice otherwise. Also I love the little bit of paralax you have between the diffrent layers of stars really nice touch.

Once the acceleration and turning mechanics are figured out, you can settle down into a Zen-like state, circling around touching stars. Quite an enjoyable experience.

I appreciated the level of control this game gives. It also does a good job presenting one challenge at a time through a level, giving a tangible sense of progression.

At first, it felt a bit generous that I could easily avoid the orbiting orbs by flying above them. However, as the game progressively got more difficult, I became glad for the larger hit boxes of the stars and the small hit box of my Condor 3000.

Well done on this game!

Great game feel and overall quality. The opening crawl made me smile, and I really liked the animation of the stars popping. The audio volume did feel a bit loud, but that's a minor gripe for an overall well done game!

I agree with many of the other comments. You did hit an almost zen like state. After a while I got good at figuring out how quickly I had to be moving to just hold down the turn button to circle the entire lock without slowing down and that was a great feeling. I agree that adding a timer would make it more interesting because the only thing stopping me from just crawling through each level is my own impatience.

The graphics were simple, but clean and worked really well. Nicely done!

Wow, this is a long game! I'm impressed at how many levels you fit in the 48 hour timeframe, though the game did feel a bit stagnant as there weren't many new features introduced in the later levels. Overall, it's a really fun game, and the music was kickin'. Great work!

What a fun and tough game! I really liked how the game got progressively harder over time. The background music was on point and looped really well! Great job

Cool game, the music is good but it could do with a volume slider as it was a bit loud.

My final loop 1 score was 132989, I went with the Looping Condor. It felt very smooth to control, rushing around time discs to break the locks felt amazing, especially when going fast. I liked how the new things were slowly introduced, like the turrets or the shots cirling the time discs. I think the progression of difficulty felt good as well, later levels featured more closed spaces (or at least I felt that way) and had some fun bonus spaces for +1s, that was cool. So yeah, all in all, an amazing compo entry, great work!

Really satisfying ships to fly, and I enjoyed the build up of the music and atmosphere as the game progressed. Nice work!

The controls feel great and the music is really well suited. It would be really cool to see people speed run this game at high speeds!

I've got nothing but praise for this game; hella impressive that you pulled all this off in just 48h! It took me 25 mins to beat, and I quite enjoyed the experience.

Really great idea and there is a lot in this game! Bravo on getting so many levels in that amount of time. I did find myself just taking it very slow as there was no reward for going quicker and think some more variation in obstacles could of helped. Well done for making so many levels though.

It took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out how to get past the title screen 😅 I kept clicking, and pressing every key I could think of, before finally accidentally realizing that the right arrow key started the game.

The actual game was fun! I only really had one complaint - Starting in level 2, the respawn locations became pretty unforgiving. This section in particular was frustrating, because you were able to comsafely navigate the tight corridor at low speeds, but doing so meant spending a lot of time between attempts, which wasn't very fun.

Aside from that minor gripe though, good game! Great job building so much in so short of a time! :)

This game was pretty fun! I played a few levels on stream today if you wanna check it out: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/762816555 (1:08:00). Would like to see a few more obstacles aside from circles to fly around, but a solid entry nonetheless!

Certainly a lot of loops in this game!
Very cool game with 80ies vibes. I think it could have been even more fun if you encouraged faster flying, e.g. by making the ship bounce of walls if hit at a shallow angle and having a timer per lock so that you have to unlock all four stars quickly with a loop =)

Nice work! The comments have mentioned any gripes I might have had.

I also like how you set up the stars. Neat effect

This is really great. It was a good mix of relaxing ambience with enough of a challenge to keep it interesting. The levels were well-designed so I didn't get lost, and I ended up spending a half hour on this- way longer than I've spent on any other Ludum Dare game! The idea of different ships is really great too. Nice work!

Liked the game very much. Could have added a trail for the ship/flight to give the feel of speed.

It took me a minute to figure out what I was supposed to be doing, but once I did it was pretty straightforward to play. I like that you added more levels and difficulty.

Very thoughtful entry! It feels very complete for the time you had, and I don't think any category was really lacking. I can tell you put thought into each one. Adding different vehicles creates good replay value. The music fit the mood and wasn't too repetitive.

Overall I liked it! The sound effects got a little grating after awhile though... I don't know if it was too loud, or too sharp or something. It also got pretty repetitive, even after just the first level. Maybe the levels should have been a little shorter, and introduce new mechanics a bit faster? I think it also would have been good to highlight the chain system a bit more, as at first I didn't really see a point in going faster. Maybe have something more towards the middle of the screen, or a more obvious animation when the chain increases or is about to be broken?
