It seemed to have been based on finding stuff on a looping map, which isn't, by itself, very interesting for me. The walks to get the needed things were too long and got boring quickly. Also, maybe it was meant to be like that, but I couldn't find the green switch on the first level for quite some time. It blended with the environment, so I couldn't spot it at first.
Also I couldn't find anything to interact with on the second level either, what was I missing?
Anyway, it might become a good little game if only there were more things to do. Nice audio and visuals, good job!
P.S. Am I seeing a lot of references to The Talos Principle (great game!)? :wink:
I also couldn't find anything interactable on the second level
Over all it was fun to play
Fun of game was ok, but graphic side of game could be better (looking for ready assets).
Good job anyway! :)
1. I don't like camera, it's too close to the character;
2. It's hard to understand that switches are switches and you have to use them;
3. There is no instructions at the beginning which can explain what you need to do to go further;
The looping world idea was neat, you could deform it a bit more, or place camera sideways - so you could see a "reverse sphere" world. To increase the vision of how the world is looping.
I enjoyed the game!
I didn't know what I had to do in stage 2 tho :/
Gameplay was interesting as well :)
I DID get stuck on the 2nd level though -- was searching for some flower parts to pick up but never found any :/
