Really charming and a genuinely fun puzzle game! Clever but simple mechanics are fun to figure out, and the art fits it like a glove.

I came for the goop and stayed for the puzzles. Really enjoyed the level where you use the rocks as shields. You should continue adding levels!

I think this is an excellent puzzle game mechanic, which was well thought out and more than adequately exploited, especially considering it's a jam entry! I've seen full releases with much less interesting puzzles. The art is also really cute and fits together quite well. My one quibble was that the guns we non-deterministic in their firing patterns(or so it seemed) which led me to more than one frustrating death. Excellent entry!

Some puzzles seems to be very unforgiving, like a level when you need to bring all 4 blocks you have to the end or you lost. It would be much better for me if I had an option to fail at least once, so had 5 blocks insted of 4?
Graphics was really nice and fit the game, I also like mechanics, good game)

I think main mechanic is quite good and robust enough when we think about time limit. Variations keep player engaged and solving puzzles is quite fun

This game is so cute! It has a really high level of polish, the puzzles are well designed, the mechanics introduced in an intuitive way, and super satisfying to complete! Managed to get all the way to the end, and I can see already how much potential these game mechanics could have for a full game.

A really neat puzzle game. I'm amazed at the amount of good level design you were able to pull off within the time constraint. Unfortunately some of that great potential's wasted because of the wonky collision system. It's sometimes really easy to just force-push something through the level intead of actually thinking it through. I think a grid collision system would've worked better.
Regardless, it's still a really cool puzzle game.

@nerdysl0th, You're right on about the collisions. I'll look into a more grid-like sticking system, or at least 8 cardinal directions.

By the third level, past the mechanics introduction, the core mechanic and the level design start to shine. The solution to some of the levels required some creative thought as to how to better combine the stick/unstick action, and it felt great when you managed to beat them.

The sound effects and some polish details like the trails really add to the experience, too.

Amazing game, congrats! :D

I'm currently trying to figure out the level with the cannon corridor and the line of mines below it

This is probably the best game I have played of this jam so far! It is a great game idea and the level design is genious. Graphics are simple yet pleasing to the eye. Good job!

This was fun, tricky in places where the unstick was a bit wild and unpredictable. The goo trail animation was well done.

Great sound fx too.

That was a fantastic game, and by far my favorite part was needing to build a sticky tool to deal with the obstacles. Nice job!

I loved the in-game tutorial (buttons inside the level) and the very cool and unusual sticky effect! Great game and great levels, gets hard pretty fast but very interesting. Some simple background music would have make this even better, although the sound effects are pretty good.

This game is a magnificent puzzle with fascinating core mechanics. Additionally, I like how movement and stick mechanics, they are felt good and responsive with all these small details in sounds, animations and physics. Well done.

I like this one a lot. :) The mechanics are elegant and the presentation is simple and cute.

If this game got just a little more polish, I can see it being a really cool retail release.

Some of my nitpicks:

1. I saw this game as a bit more of a puzzler than an action game. As such, I was often frustrated when I knew the answer to the puzzle, but struggled to execute the solution. I think some of the situations require a bit *too* much precision from the player, which often led to a lot of unfavorable moments.

2. In my opinion the death sound effect was a *little* too harsh, especially how all of the other sounds are fairly soft and restrained.

3. I wasn't really sure how far my little goopy bits would fire when I unstuck them, it seemed to vary quite a bit, which made some sections feel a bit like trial and error.

Other than those super small things though, I really really like what you have here! The presentation and complexity are impressive, especially given the short time constraints!

Really love the sticking mechanic in this, very original! I'm assuming the theme fits with starting with no friends, and by the end of the game they're all united.

Wow ... really great entry :thumbsup_tone1: thanx @coleslaughter for the reference on main page.

What a fun puzzle game - usually not a huge fan of those, but this was well done ... a bit more sound would have been nice but again very good entry :thumbsup_tone1:

this has a very clever and new mechanics of dragging things ... although I think that maybe improved (sometimes you have to just drag, then drop, then drag, then drop several times in an effort to move things) it is indeed a clever mechanics ... moreover I also liked a lot the art in this, nice work

Very solid puzzly game! Action game? Bit of both? Love this type of thing, anyhow. At least to me the connection to the theme feels a *bit* loose, but hey, it resulted in a very good game! Difficult to really say much more. It played well, it looks nice, I didn't have any issues, and I enjoyed it a bunch!
