Under A Microscope

Congratulations! After countless nights spent in the lab isolated from the world, you have finally created your first unicellular organism. However, the real journey has merely begun.

In each level you “start with nothing” but the tools the lab has to offer. Use them wisely as you’ll need a specific amount of cells to complete each iteration of the experiment and synthesize a living creature. Use the cursor to draw a path and help the cell reach the flask.

You can divide cells using the scalpel tool. Keep in mind that you need the exact amount of cells in the flask and there should not be any other cells left on the field.

UPDATE!!!
The HTML5 version of the game has worse graphics and has lighting limitations. This version is built for Linux and macOS users. We strongly advice Windows users to download the zip file.

@walaber I think if your PC is a bit slow it happens sometimes. I don't know why but on the desktop version it runs fine. Also can you specify the browser you used to test? I tested it only with Chrome.
@xakkar I think this happens if you try to divide a cell too close to a wall or too close to one another. I can provide an updated version which resolves this bug, but I am not sure if it is against the rules of the JAM.
