The audio is really loud. Also the gun disappears when jumping and the bullets should move faster. The different weapons are cool and I like the character.

O.k. Fixed the Audio, turned it lower on the music. Sped up the bullets, and created a Jumping sequence per each of the weapons. Thanks!

Well, look, the character animations are cool, the particles come from the wrong place. In General, everything works, I would work a little more in your place.

I really liked the weapon system and it felt well made, the audio sounded very retro which I liked! I think you should be able to shoot while jumping so you can be a bit more tactical, but overall I really liked this game, and its a really good jam entry!

Hey, I enjoyed playing your game, it was really fun!
Graphics are basics, but they have an appeal to them :)
Liked the controls, except for the fact you can't shoot while jumping
The boss was pretty fun

i dont have top press any key top pick up the weapons i just pick them up as i walk onto them, kinda made pickups a hazard if you had the rocket launcher haha... everything works, ill give you that, you should polish your animations a bit and make it more clear that you are taking damage and maybe you should take a bit more damage? idk haha

But hey, I WON!!!
the enemies wandering the boss room could be a little easier or fever, i kept getting stuck in the pit on spawn and was getting gibbed pretty fast, until my jumping skill became godlike and i managed to avoid everyone and everything to pick up all the pots, camp out the top ledge and from there it was pretty straight forward, some more levels would be cool and some progression would do this good, inventory, ammo, and punching maybe if you dont have any ammo for for worst case scenarios, or if you just wanna be a bad ass running around beating up aliens with nothing other then your fist's in your guerrilla outfit.

@kekkodude Thanks for commenting! Yeah I wanted to be able to select which gun to use, and have like a limited number of bullets, and thats why you needed to pick them up, but the time of the Ludum Dare was too little for me, since I have kids... so I did what I could in that time. I'm now gonna expand upon the initial gamming experience. Thank you a lot!

I enjoyed the simple artwork and sound effects. It would have been nice if the enemies had health bars so I knew how much damage I was doing. Also was tough to determine which weapons were better, except for the rocket launcher which clearly was the strongest. I still had some fun and always nice to have a boss battle.

@dk5000p Thank you so much for your feedback! I am rewriting it into monogame, as i did it with gdevelop, I just didnt have time to do the health bars for the enemies, but I will. Thanks so much!
