This is a bare bones platformer, the catch is that you construct the level as you go. I didn't get everything I wanted in, but I'm happy with what's there.

WASD - MOVE

SPACE - Jump / Phase

Nice entry! Platformer where you make the platforms is a really interesting take on the theme, and the execution was great as well. Music is nice and atmospheric.

That was a pretty creative game my man! I enjoyed every minute of it. It was challenging having to avoid hitting the grey while trying to control the pixels, but I think that mechanic made the game more fun to play. Overall I think it was really well put together, especially only in 48 hours. Great job!

That was such an awesome game! I really liked how you make your own path, which adds so much replay ability to the game. Really unique mechanics and plus a super adorable main character. I ended up playing all the way to the end and it was worth it :)

I am ashed I didn't get further. Must be missing something obvious on the second level. Music, graphics and concept was very enjoyable though!

Thats fair @ruby-interactive-games. The most common feedback I get is about that mechanic. Wish I would have made it more intuitive.

Not sure how to get past the second level, but I'm pretty bad at puzzle games to be fair. Nice effects.

Creative mechanics. It took me a second to beat the 2nd lvl and figure out I can phase the pixel building thingie.

That was a fun game but the controls felt a bit unresponsive at times, and also I got confused a lot in which button does what (pressing E or up to jump by accident a few times)
Also from what I've seen the TV set NEVER moves at the same time as the snake trail, so why do they need to have 2 different directional inputs? :p

I could tell that you put a lot of effort into this game, absolutely amazing

I really like this and I think you should keep working on it. When you finally get the perfect platform built and then you whiff the actual jumping though. :) One thought I had while playing it was that this could be like a 'reverse' platformer, where you have to build the platforms for a bot or automaton to jump over. That said, this was one of the rare games I wanted to just keep playing...

This is really good. Really liked the mechanic and the various ways you have implemented it across the levels. Controls are pretty good too. I can't say I love the graphics but I would have happily kept playing for more levels anyway. Nice work.

Really liked the design of this game! Great interpretation of the theme! The controls for level building felt pretty slick. I loved the color palette and the music was super relaxing. Also, that intro screen was awesome!

Some notes I have:
1. It wasn't immediately obvious to me that the gray bars would destroy your "level-builder". I think its because I naturally phased through it on the second level, not because I wanted to avoid it, but because I just wanted to conserve my pixels.
2. There are times where I was satisfied with the level I made, but I messed up the platforming and then the level got erased. I think a better choice would have been to just respawn your character if it dies and only restart the platform creation section with "E".

Overall, great game! Had a lot of fun playing it!

Pretty neat idea, only lacking tutorial, I feel like it took me too long to get an idea what/how I'm suppose to complete levels.

Excellent! Really played well. Couple of frustrating things:
* Levels where I wind up jumping off the top of the screen. Hard to judge my jumps.
* Would like to be able to retry just jumping across platforms I've built when I miss jumps. Maybe. It's kind of cool I have to rebuild the level if I miss though. I don't know if I really want this.

It's really great, one of the best I've played.

Took me a minute to get used to the phasing mechanic, but after that it was a nice little skill/puzzle game. Good concept, fits decently well with the theme. Some of the levels were pretty challenging, but I was able to beat it in the end. It felt quite complete, especially for a compo game - well done!
