Substructure by Mateusz Wojtkowski

[raw]
made by Mateusz Wojtkowski for Ludum Dare 45 (COMPO)

Theme of the Ludum Dare 45 was "Start with nothing" so i started with no knowledge of unity, and making 3D games from scratch!.

You could say that the game only lasts around 54 secounds, and it seem unfinished. (well to be honest, it is unfinished)

but I'm quite happy with the results. I had good time making it, and I want to learn more about it in the future.

So see you at the next Ludum Dare and also at the comment section rating games! scrren2.jpg screen1.jpg

Looks like the first 30 secs of a multi-million dollar game :) Mind-blowing graphics and awesome music/mood overall! Wish there was more content on the computer. (I'm a huge Commodore fan!)

Graphics are good and music too, ambiance is very well retranscribe, a narrative game with a computer is a good idea !! Then unfinished but a good start for awesome thing.

Really love the atmosphere and mood! Super impressive given your lack of Unity experience.

Saying you started with no knowledge of unity it's cool that you made something that seems so polished (even if there really isn't too much there)

It would have been cool to see where you were planning to go with this, the ambience is fantastic. I loved the little details with the graphics like the "commander 46" :)

Yeah okay so the graphics are really nice, the music is sick, and the mood of this game is really well made, considering the "game" part of the game is 3 lines of text. I'm really impressed with just how good you made this considering that this is only 3 lines of text. Really well done!

Looks really good, sets up a really interesting tone. Obviously, I wish there was more! But great job nonetheless.

Really like everything but it's not really much of a game. Graphics look amazing though.

It's funny, but sometimes you can use your time to build 30 seconds of pure quality instead of a long prototype that misses everything here and there. Choices! Left me a bit disappointed but full of trust in your skills. So add 3 more days and 3 and 3...I want to see this finished in its glory! :)

Very good start, it worths to continue the development. Maybe you can put a full text adventure inside that virtual computer.

Looks stunning! I'm guessing by the graphics you at least had some solid modeling and texturing experience prior to this jam? The lighting is great and the audio compliments the visuals nicely. Lots of mood! I enjoyed the Commander 46 too lol. Would love to see (a lot) more!

I kept trying to click continue in a confused manner, and then remembered you say its short :^D

But you just started Unity and this is so good!

That's what Ludum Dare is all about! Well done!

Its very impressive to get all this done without having any knowledge of Unity beforehand. The graphics are great and the music really helps in setting the mood. I even kept the game open a while after seeing everything available on the computer so that I could keep listening to the music. Good job!
