Welcome to FactoriNode

This is a Factorio inspired game about connecting ingredients together in order to create larger and more advanced components. The aim of this game is to grow the factory, to make more money, to grow the factory, to make more money, ad infinitum.

You can drag nodes around the space with left click and connect nodes together by dragging a red output to a corresponding blue input.

Once all the connections are set up, all the way back to the beginning resources you will see the nodes start running and the cogs spinning.

Use the recipe list on the right to buy new nodes, and create "End Products" in order to earn more money.

You will start with nothing so your first priority should be obtaining an end product in order get some money coming in. More advanced end products will provide more money.

The factory must grow!

Great job, very well polished, the way it was presented was intuitive and thus needed no disruptive controls screens and tutorials. The only thing I miss is having some way of moving the camera.

You guys have got so much content in. Funny how such a simple mechanic of just attaching nodes with correct types together can be this addicting.

It would be cool to not be able to place one node on another and start with a limited space, which we can only upgrade by buying it for enough money.

Really nice idle game. Reminds me a bit of a mobile game called Crafting Idle Clicker. It's really similar, but i love your node based approach.

loved the concept, didn't play very long because I know how the end is like after seeing the screenshot.

I think there are many ways to expand this idea. We need more constraints. If for example, each tiles is like a tetris shape and we need to connect the input output in a confined space, that would really become interesting. There are so much that can be done in this space. :D

Love those games. Like the others already said it is in fact kind of addictive ^^ Only the fonts where really hard to read when you zoomed out a bit. This, add a few restrictions as gameplay and maybe some art to differentiate between the cards and I can see myself playing this for hours XD

Hey guys! Well, this game is addictive, theres no doubt. I know you put a lot of work developing the gigantic processing network. But still it feels really unpolished and more like a economy planning tool. :slight_frown:
just some tips to improve:
* sprites for each node (I know thats a tremendously huge piece of work now :D )
* group the ingredients nodes palette into types, the list gets to long
* the ability to create custom blueprints to be instanciated later would be nice
Nonetheless a remarkable product
