Pretty eerie - what am I supposed to do though? I get the staff and book and then I'm stuck!

tarfield, sorry it's so unobvious. I only had one day to finish the game since uni is taking up all of my time
you should collect the half transparent orbs that appeared after you picked the objects up

I like the overall theme of the game! ASMR isn't really my thing, but it fit in this situation.I agree with @tarfield about the point of the game being a little hard to understand. No half transparent orbs appeared for me.

Good game, I totally understand the time crunch. you nailed the atmosphere!

@mort-jack no orbs appeared? Weird. They do for me. It's aspecially strange because the game is on web. They even have white "Click me" on top of them so they're more visible
Are you sure you picked up "the staff and the book"?

Interesting sound effects. Fun little game to play. Is there more than colleciton as many orbs before you die?

Ohh I see now! That's pretty cool when it lights up. I'll rate your game now :)

@shadow30 thank you! Yes. If you collect all the orbs you'll win and get to take a look at the world that you created

@space-nomad oh! Those were the orbs! Yes I did click on all that I could find. I think the filled orbs knocked some of the empty orbs off of the screen.

@mort-jack aw too bad
Sadly because of university I didn't have time to play test and fix a lot of stuff
Thanks for playing anyway!

Interesting game. I included it in my Ludum Dare 45 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look :) https://youtu.be/VLDt7yHE5-M

The game is out of the ordinary, it's really cool ! I think the sounds are really perfect, they give a real atmosphere to the game! Good job, it's fun :D

The ASMR in this really throws me for a loop if I'm honest, I think it's mostly the microphone quality that makes it difficult for me to play this. Reasonable concept 'ere, the idea that you're starting off with no obstacles but if you wanna progress, you gotta make it more difficult willingly.

@neonlare thanks for the feedback! and the microphone actually has a good quality. It's just that I suck at voice acting and constantly make extra sounds with my mouth that i'm not supposed to

The concept is great, till now i haven't seen a bullet-hell kind of game. But the game should give an indicator where the last orbs are, because the last ones are really hard to find. Of the windowed mode of the game just cuts off a lot of the gamespace.

@chuchugeralt thank you for the feedback! i'll try harder next time

At first I wasn't sure what I'm supposed to do, but then I got it. If you want something more, you need to expose yourself to danger. I like the message and the atmosphere a lot. Some points that need more work are (1) elements were placed or could go out of the screen (2) nothing happens on the end screen.

Would be nice to have a static point of reference in the environment as movement felt a bit "off" with the solid bg.

It took me some time to notice i was not supposed to touch the balls ... it feels to me as a existential metaphor, you should not get to close to your thoughts, but close enough to make them move .... it has potential, very challenging type of creation though, there are as many references to be based on.

What a nice little game! Super cool little concept, and very interesting - saw that you only had a day, so this is quite good considering!
