===============================================

Bug Fix: (08/10/2019) Fixed a bug where movement speed was inconsistent for different frame rates and could lead to clipping into the walls and floors

Bug Fix 2: (11/10/2019) Fixed a bug where standing beneath the second elevator would allow you to clip far enough into the ground to fall through the level

Bug Fix 3: (11/10/2019) Fixed ending of level to guarantee triggering of end screen

Bug Fix 4: (11/10/2019) Removed ability to infinitely wall jump, which had the side effect of making your speed high enough to clip out of bounds.

Bug Fix 5: (26/10/2019) Fixed the part of the tutorial that allowed you to clip out of bounds

===============================================

A puzzle platformer. You are T.I.T.A.N, a nearly forgotten robot in the basement of Atomic Labs. You must make your way back to the surface. However there are many obstacles blocking your way. Which require items to be placed in pedestals to deactivate. You start with nothing and you will have to get rid of all picked up items to make it to the end of the level so you will, once again, start with nothing! You must find the items and solve the puzzles to make it to the end.

===============================================

Controls:

A - Move left

D - Move Right

W or Space - Jump

E - Activate Pedestal

================================================

Unfortunately we ran out of time and so we only got 3 levels and no sound implemented. We hope you enjoy this proof of concept regardless.

There is a known bug that happens if you try and wall jump with the reactor in hand where you can fall into the floor. Your meant to place that in the pedestal to go up and complete the puzzles. It can also occur after the long drop at the end of the level.

Nice game, but I felt right through the level near the end

Thanks for the feedback @kuviman. We have fixed several bugs since then and your bug should be fixed too.

Oh noooo, this game had so much potential and is so short, hope you'll make a post jam version!

@solah thanks this means a lot. I hope to expand the game sat some point in the future so it has more and longer levels with puzzls that really show off the mechanics

I'm not sure this is how it was supposed to be solved, but I fell through the floor after the big drop and hopped along under the ground to the end.

@budaniel The drop at the end is likely a unity physics glitch with the types of colliders we used. Unfortunately there isn't much we can do about that without completely reworking the colliders. It also happens if you try and wall jump with the reactor in hand. Your meant to place that in the pedestal to go up and complete the puzzles.

Same as a few other people, fell through the world and won that way. Would recommend next time explaining the mechanics a bit better through text in-game rather than a dedicated rules screen.

@sleepystudios thanks for the feedback. We were strapped for time at the end and so we didn't have enough time to finish the instructions and tutorial hints

Nice entry!
there was a good variety of mechanics, and I wish I could have seen them explored more

This is definitely a great start! I really like how some of the different items have multiple uses (in inventory vs placed on pedestals). It might be a bit too easy since every pedestal can only have one type of thing in it so you never have to experiment.

Good work!

The title made me smile =) Really enjoyed the innovative idea here, no better place for a (great) proof of concept than ludum dare.
