This was a lot of fun, great work! I can definitely see how this can turn into an even larger project! It was a lot of fun getting my zombie followers to over power everyone and it was especially satisfying getting the big baddies on our horde's side. Great work!!

Fun game with good graphics and sound. Missed an effect or something when you are drawing blood from the zombies.

I loved it, super fun and cute! Reminds of playing a necromancer in the diablo series. Great execution.

Very nice work on the graphics. Everything looks clean and polished. Honestly was a little confusing but putting together a huge army is a lot of fun.

This is a really neat proof of concept for a mechanic that could carry a fine game. I just wish there was something more to do with my pack of green bois. It needs more chaos.

Holy crap, best game I've played so far! Great use of the theme, fun mechanics and very funny characters. I like the simplistic graphics even though the scenery gets a bit too grey. Sound effects are funny. The power creep gets a bit out of control once I get lots of zombies around.

I had a mob! This was fun. So many zombie dudes to collect.

It feels really good to raise your onw private army, you nailed that mechanic. More levels and tougher enemies (that require certain size of mob) would a nice addition.

It's just perfect. There's nothing else to say about it. The gameplay is fun, the story is simple and easy to figure out, and I didn't find any glitches. Poliysh up the graphycs and release it as a full game!

Very cool game, it was really nice to play it, some more challenge towards the end when you have like a couple of big zombies would make it more interesting.

A very funny little game. The music and the visual style is really good. The gameplay idea is simple and fun. I was not always able to raise the zombies, and I am not sure why. Overall a good LD game. Well done.

@seriar, @listonos and @gus-the-shark great feedback, thank you! I really wanted to include higher tier enemies (e.g. security guards) to check against the power creep, but just couldn't get to it. I love the feeling of having 25 or 30 zombies in tow, but you're right that something needs to cut that number back down and keep the challenge intact.

As it stands, I just try to maximize my Largest Army score for a challenge... I've gotten 30 twice, never higher.

Graphics feel satisfying to look at and the controls are super smooth. The button prompts are great (and essential) in a Ludum Dare game, since not everyone has time to learn all the different controls for all of the games, they really helped me. Game gets a little easier towards the end, but I feel adding higher tier enemies could fix that problem easily. In its current state it is already quite fun trying to reach a personal high score, so a job well done!

This fits the theme perfectly - and without the cliche of coins and stuff like that! I loved the graphics and audio too! Really great and fun game to play!

This was great! Really simple concept executed well - exactly what a good jam game should be. I loved everything about this game and I really can't think of anything I would say negative about it except that it was perhaps a bit on the easy side and could do with some more challenging levels, but this is certainly something you should consider developing future. Excellent, excellent game.

@hare-software thanks for appreciating the button prompts. They were some of the last things I got in, but I _really_ didn't want people to be confused! Even as the developer, I kept forgetting about the shift-to-drain mechanic and dying and feeling frustrated. Felt like an epiphany when I thought to put the 'shift' prompt up in the health meter. Wish I'd had time to have it flash red as well, at that threshold. I love that type of quality-of-life UX stuff.

Pretty nice work! I really like this cute adorable little bloodbag especially when it broke it really seemed crying! Models are so great!

Could be a perfect game if there were more things to play since such a single zombie army can be so enjoyable. Well done!

Very fun game! I would like to have more levels to pass, with different enemies/allies. But for compo it is pretty well done.

Only in video games can I play a blood bag that pees on corpses to raise an army of Flubber-esque zombies!

This game is pretty well put together. The models and lighting are decent, and I was also impressed with the presentation of the opening sequence of photographs. I appreciated the mechanics being explained during play (for example, the "SHIFT" icon that appears when your life is draining). This is something I think I could gain from by implementing in my own projects. A great entry overall.

Only one thing I am sad about is that there are no more levels to be conquered with my zArmy :( Great contribution for solo entry, good job!

I felt like i was the king of doing stuff. I raised them all and they kept me alive. That's all i could ask for really. I was very glad it was all green. So much greeness that greened all around.

Feels like a great prototype to build opon on.
It could be a little bit harder to manage what to do.
Right now you are always able to raise them just to absorb them and make a plus by this.

The Graphis felt nice, the walls could be a little bit more detailed, but yes, its just a jam.
Sounds were great. Somehow I was happy to kill someone :innocent:

Keep it up guys!
