We thought the theme SUCKED, so to vent our frustration after too much fruitless brainstorming, we decided to make a game that involves sucking everything up, starting with various currencies. At first the game itself sucked as well and we were in despair, but by the end of day 2, we started to like it! So we proudly present...

Throughout different times and places, there's always some BLOODSUCKER waiting to steal your bucks and SUCK YOU DRY.

You are that guy: the Buckubus. Slurp all the money and grow bigger, until you can suck up everything else!

Took a few tries to figure out - maybe the instructions could've had a picture? But it was fun once I knew what I was doing. My suggestion would be to have a consistent visual language that distinguishes between things you're supposed to get and things you're supposed to avoid.

I was going to ask about the game's connection to the theme. Then I read the top of your description. I'm putting back some theme points just for that :) This was a pretty addictive game. The regular levels were already pretty difficult though so I never beat any of 4, 5 or 6.

This game is oddly addictive! I played it for a long time and love the mechanics.Only thing: In later levels the mob of enemies bunnches up, what then makes them easy to avoid. The UI is ugly, but i like the variation in the graphics - (wonder how you had time for this) - and the levels ramp up the challange nicely. I saw how you streched it into fitting the theme, but the theme could have been hit more nicely. The audio is not overwhelming but better than nothing. And I would have chosen to do a next level screen, so you don't get confused after a level and don't have to head back into the main menu yourself. Overall a good entry i would say!

Took some will power to stop playing, the gameplay keeps you at it for a while and I adore that in games. Great work!

Great game! Super hard but fun enough that I stuck it through the normal levels at least.

Fun game, very hard levels. Something frustrating, when you suck bullet, if they go out of the 'sucking zone' you die.

Great Game! It reminds me of an old game I used to play in which I have to eat small fish in order to get bigger.
