I'm not sure what I was supposed to do, I froze to death a few times but I didn't see anyone like in the screenshots. I found something that tried to launch discord.. I think maybe I'm missing something

I thought that the audio and the mood was really good. However it wasn't clear to me were I was suppose to go. It was very dark and therefor hard to see. There was a counter counting down above the fire, but I don't understand what you're suppose to do.

Sorry guys...
I should talk more about the game.
You need to collect more fuel so that your fire does not go out. The game has secret things. the environment changes according to the time it has survived, you just need to survive by feeding your campfire (throw fuel at it)
and explore, there are two different endings.

This man in the picture will show up for an hour...
things happen over time...

This game was based on a nightmare that I had! so it's scary!

Couldn't pick up fuel, after reading your comment.
The mouse seemed to keep flipping behind me, and I don't know why? Seemed intentional but could have been a bug, from its disorientating pattern.

@generalbeans
this is a mistake :(
due to the feedbacks I will be sending a new version to correct those problems that will go unnoticed...

fuel collide with you.
sometimes the fuel does not work.

I'll be sending from here a few minutes :)

I ended up surviving for 457 seconds on my second try. I met "Blanket dude" he was chill. However I went looking for the glass breaking and went for a bit too long. Overall I really enjoyed the music and atmosphere. I just wish I could see a bit better as the game is a bit dark.

The instructions were not clear however, I still managed to have TONS of fun exploring around and trying to figure it out, just because that is the kind of player I am. XD

Loved the atmosphere of the game along with the sound. That slow melody really plays into the overall mood. Great work!

The exploration element is done pretty well, I like that you need to return to your fire from time to time to not freeze. Now, besides a couple of points it was really hard to see where I was going. One thing - the fire sound effect seems to play with the same volume regardless of your distance to it, it confused me and I thought I was closer to the fire than I actually was. Love the mood/aesthetics!

The atmosphere is great, the guy sliced in half in the end gave me shivers. It was difficult to understand the goal and the controls without a tutorial, though.

I Like the way it was presented and the story was cool, when the shadow appeared it made me jump!

Very cool atmosphere (pun intended, not sorry), but goal of the game is very cryptyc and i can barely make out things in complete darkness
Froze to death not finding any fuel, i'll try again later :>

The atmosphere of the game was great, only some guidelines or some tips at the start of the game on where the player is supposed to go helps out a lot, specially for a Ludlum dare game. Amazing job hope you had a blast this Ludlum dare.

The atmosphere is definitely nice, however the game doesn't really explain itself nor is the gameplay self-explanatory, which can easily leave a lot of players uncertain as to how to progress or what to do, ultimately just dying to the cold. The FOV is very low and the game is quite dim, which makes it a bit difficult to see and play.

Played the v2. Atmospheric game, although very dark, after a while you start understanding the mechanics. But it can get creepy as it goes, and I didn't die of cold ..

Congrats ! Really nice mood here ! I didn't die of cold and I was... pretty scared haha, the ambiance is really well made. It's simple, but it's wonderful because of this. I don't know if it would be better with a tutorial... I think (that's my opinion), that the game's mood is partly created from the feeling of being lost, alone, in a dire situation, with death that could come from anywhere. You feel lost, and with the sad music and the dark scenery, it is really... I don't know... It conveys a lot of strong feelings. I really liked it. Congrats.

It's a bit to dark for me, I have troubles seeing the environment.

But that darkness makes the lights and the fire look really good.

I will try to see if I can survive longer the next time.

Very moody, I liked it! The only issue I had was that you had to run backwards with your pickups - since you collide with them when holding them in your hands - which is in front of the view XD!
Lovely little game, which legitimately made me just when the shadow appeared to do its bidding...

I love the universe, the graphics and the sound, but i think it would more helpfull if the objective was clearly explained on start of the game, the character is too slow too. Btw great idea i like this game !
