LazerLock by TeamDromedare

[raw]
made by TeamDromedare for LD34 (JAM)
Theme: Growth (or well... the opposite of growth..)

Lazerlock is a teambased battle arena game where two teams battle eachother with shrinking rays.

Controllers:
Each team shares one XBOX-controller. You move your character using one of the sticks. If you and your partner simaltanousely presses the "LB" and "RB"-buttons in range of eachother, a shrinking ray will appear between you. Hit the other team with the ray to shrink them until they're no more!

Keyboard support:
We have keyboard support (see the readme) but we reccomend that you play this game with four players using two XBOX-controllers.

Four players (Reccomended):
It's reccomended that you play this game with 4 players controlling one ball each.

Two players:
You can also play this with only two players controlling two balls each. Might be worth a try!

I found it very difficult to control in a lot of ways, and struggled to figure out the game without reading through the readme. It has potential, though

Neat concept although a visual indicator of which ball you're controlling (and maybe which is your partner) would be nice.

Nice little multiplayer game. The graphics look quite nice, and the sounds are very good as well. With a little polish, this could be very popular!

Really neat game! If I had friends, this would be fun. I included it in my Ludum Dare 34 compilation video series, if you’d like to check it out :) https://youtu.be/EnuG74cyOfk
