The gameplay is rather simple at first (just click one of two buttons) but that's all it needed to be and it's executed beautifully. The graphics and audio come together to produce a really cool vibe and shows that hard work was put into this game. The different enemy types are all uniquely designed and the glitchy music are just perfect.
Well done!
The Earthbound/Undertale vibe is great and the game overall is just fantastic!
Great work, also really enjoyed the Undertale feeling to it.
I did wish I could see more about the enemy though (health?)
I played this a few times and every time I got around 4 or 5 rounds in before I died no matter what I did. My power was constantly depleting and there really didn't seem to be much I could do about it as the enemies did a lot more damage than I could ever seem to recover.
If there is something I'm missing please tell me as I really like the idea but I really couldn't get into the game because of this.
Graphics and sound are pretty good, though.
does however kind of make the heal button unusable since the way the mouse has to travel to get there almost negates any advantage you'd get...
Lovely art style and fitting sfx + music.
Definitely one of the better entries I have played so far
Almost everything you do takes power, even clicking buttons and moving your mouse cursor, so that might be why your health was ticking down. You could have also been 'cursed!' by an enemy.
Upgrade zones are tricky; sometimes you get lucky and get good power and recharge options, and other times you have to deal with bad options. Getting to 4-5 rounds is quite good!
You have done a great job at harmonizing sound, graphic and overall mood of the game ;) Excellent..
Downsides are the short play time. Gameplay soon becomes kind of repetitive. Also little balancing of the shield would be nice, because now it is not so usefull.
Thank you for puslishing it!
If you'll find a time, I'll be glad if you check out our game too :)

Interesting art. Imaginative little texts. Dazzling abilities.
Fun tradeoffs but hard to predict. Also the single health/ability pool is a bit strategy limiting I feel. (but understandable, I did the same for my entry).

The art and music are stellar and the theme is used in such a great way. The whole game has a sense of humor about it that is amazing. You should be super proud of this.
However – in the interest of being honest – this is a very very well polished entry, and the graphics, graphical effects, and audio to meet them were all fantastically pulled off. The enemies were well designed, even if difficult to fight, and the game was interesting throughout. Additionally, I am a sucker for puns and cats.
All that said, well done overall! A good entry worthy of good scores.
