Your goals is keeping the garden alive. For that purpose you have to provide water, sun and soil before the bars run dry. Using Z, X and C at the appropriate time will trigger a card which will refill one of the bars by a little amount (Z for water, X for sun and C for soil). The amount of that refill corresponds to the value of the card (1 to 3).

Be aware of the cards because each one will have a different speed and might throw your rhythm off balance!NUN 4.png

End scene is a huge WTF.

Is very well put together! Visual feedback is great, and music is great. I think is very hard, but this might be my bad skill

Love the aesthetic and the grim mood. I like how flexible but still easy to use the main gameplay system is, and quite challenging! Music was fantastic, too. Great job!

I wonder if there is any way to win? Was quite hard for me too. At some point even if you manage to get every card, the refill is still not enough. Loved the mood too! Nice work overall.

Like the style of art.:) bit hard to read and play at the same time. Nice Game!

The game is designed to be impossible to beat. We did it like that to convey the message that "death is inevitable" and that "the time does not flow back". It's a constant struggle against time with only one possible ending. Knowing that, what do you think of it?

I like art and music. Also the gameplay. I miss a game over screen with replay or something like that. Congratulations for the work.

Wow, it's tough, it really made we work on my reflexes skills !
A game over screen would have been great to end the game properly.
Nice graphics and good job though!

EDIT : maybe I didn't get to the endings after all, I'm not sure

The idea is very nice, the game is quite fun but at some point when I lost nothing happened

@Samupo So the game over screen is basically a winning screen too huh. But if there is no way to win, there still should be some way to indicate the progress, in my opinion. Like a timer, or slight changes to the background.

I've seen several comments regarding the end screen.

The game has no end screen. It has an ingame animation that fades into the main menu and resets the game like that. It was designed like that on purpose to convey a stronger message and avoid having a "more arcade" feeling to it.

Lovely graphics, challenging game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 41 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0cwbDpVj28g

Art and mood were great. Once I saw the ending and realized was I was seeing I looked at the beginning and could see it there too. Creepy stuff.

I'm not sure this game is possible. I think that you always lose. Is it possible to win?

Good graphics. You should add a restart screen once you fail, because I didn't see one.
