It's not totally clear to me how the theme fits in with this, but I like the concept a lot. I reached the top of the screen with my city, and it didn't appear possible to build any higher than that. I tried using the arrow keys to scroll up, but then things were responding oddly to mouse clicks. I like your music a lot too! Overall, I like this game.

Also, if other people like me were confused, you need to double-click on 'SmallCities.bat' and not Urho3DPlayer.exe.

I like the fun visual style, and the building mechanics is good. But I have sadly no idea what the goal is in this game.
